I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Avatar Hotel, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I am delighted to share my review highlighting their excellent service and the exceptional hospitality I received. First and foremost, the staff at The Avatar Hotel deserves immense praise for their warmth and friendliness. Every encounter with the hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist. They were attentive, professional, and consistently made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

There was a lot of variety to choose from for the breakfast (e.g. Western food as well as Indian food). Staff were very attentive. Facilities were excellent including the gym and spa. We also enjoyed the entertainment (singers) provided by the hotel on one of the nights of our stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. The Avatar Hotel and Convention exceeded our expectations.

I loved the interiors in the lobby, waiting area and overall. The best part is the water bottle was not plastic and was of glass. Also I noticed marking on usage of flush in the washroom… It’s really wonderful to see hotels taking initiatives to save environment.. and this has been my favourite so far..

For the price there could be a robe and some more amenities in the room.. otherwise no complaints

The hotel is very contemporary. Very neatly maintained and the staff are very courteous. Amazing food at The Loft restaurant. All in all a wonderful experience.

I was absolutely happy with the hotel staff who were very friendly, and professional. Breakfast was good they had north and south options also when in South India nothing beats filter coffee.

Spacious room,quick room service, food was good.. Courteous staff at reception.. overall experience was good..Gave us packed breakfast by 5 am for a early flight

The attached Restaurant and Bar is excellent. The cocktails exceptional. Food was very good and the breakfast spread was really awesome

Customer service is amazing right from the security to the parking staff, reception and housekeeping they were highly friendly n courteous. Room was well maintained and concept of water is amazing.

Certain staff not following the COVID protocol ( without masks ) were highly disappointing and created concern.I see this as a priority as I am traveling with a 2 year old kid.

Everything about this hotel was excellent The room was spacious and very comfortable The staff were so accommodating

Nothing was to dislike about it
