Decent accomodation especially for a single person as the rooms are well maintained(but small sized).The check in/out process was smooth as well as the customer care which was also prompt.The quality of the toiletries,washroom fittings need an upgrade too.Overall i am satisfied.

The distance from the US Mallya badminton courts -- I wish it had been closer. I wish you had the in house restaurant functioning so we did not have to go looking for dinner outside after a long day at play

Location is convenient, ample car parking space available, super clean, well furnished, many eateries in close proximity, presence of healthcare facilities, hospitals in close proximity.

Everything was nice. Missed the presence of in-house restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is in place in the 1st floor but is not yet functional. Rating would have been 10/10 if this’ll restaurant was available.

Location of the hotel was a little bit off due to which bit tough to find transport option also housekeeping staff should keep checking for any cleanup required each day during multiple day stay

The location was very convenient to my requirement. All staff were good. Facilities were also good.

Location : near Mangalore junction railway station. Rooms were neat and the staff was polite and helpful

They could have provided more towels. Only one towel was provided for a 2 adults occupant room. We booked 2 rooms, and in one room there were no coffee cups, just a single glass was provided.

Rooms are Very clean spacious super. lot of parking for car. One of my favorite in mangalore. I prefer to stay here in my future visits. Blindly go for this and u will experience it. It is really a true heights in all I.e plaza heights

Location is great, near pump well circle and pretty close major places in Mangalore.

Rooms will be smaller for more than 2 people. Even 2 adults and 1 kid will be a tight fit with the queen size bed.

The hotel was right on the highway with facilities like ATM, pharmacy and hospital very nearby. The hotel staff were very punctual and courteous. The hotel rooms are tidy and are cleaned everyday. They provide all facilities including cab.

The front desk staff was professional and the facility was located at a convenient location.

The room was quite small. But did the job for me for a quick layover.
