Everything about Moti Mahal was good. Staff very helpful and respectful. Good location, very nice breakfast, clean rooms. Maya the cleaner was excellent

Moti Mahal requested 50% of payment a few weeks before check in. They threatened to cancel the booking if this payment was not paid. This was not mentioned in the payment specifications hence caused a lot of concern whether it was a scam. They did not acknowledge receipt of the amount in spite of several messages to them and WhatsApp calls. Also when I contacted booking.com to investigate, the communication went directly to the hotel. So I'm not sure whether Moti Mahal is linked to booking.com even though I booked through booking.com.

This property is shutting down in two weeks, apparently never to be back. We have stayed here twice over three years and had a pleasant experience both times. Their food is particularly well done, so are the room sizes. We stayed in a suite and had ample space for all our requirements. The air conditioning wasn’t all that great, just about ok. WiFi too had some ups and downs. Yet given the location, the overall comfort and the staff this was worth it. We might have stayed again if the hotel were to still be around.

I have known MotiMahal since my childhood. For the first time we stayed in. Excellent staff, food choice, breakfadt, room service etc. I had been an intl traveller. I rate this hotel very comfortable. Their restaurants have variety and quality. Response from front desk or room service was the best

All was well. But hand towels in bathroom and toilet rolls must be provided in time. Dont allow customer to call for it. Small change but it will upgrade the status

Both me and my wife were booked in the presidential suite by our friend for his daughter's reception We just loved the accomodation It was the best stay we have had both locally and internationally everything about Moti Mahal is exceptional but the staff was the best and most helpful Please keep up your standards until and after we come again

Good location , well connected, a very famous name since past few decades . Name spells positive signals.

The restaurant requires tasty food items and fresh and hot . Coffee requires more aroma. It is just ordinary..overall OK

Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. Daily there was different menu. Room was excellent. Staff at mangala restaurant were excellent. They were very understanding and helpful. They served us excellent food.

There was not enough hot water service.

Moti Mahal is a good example of an older hotel that has maintained a high level of quality. The on-site restaurants were very consistent and good. The bar had a nice pool table where I spent a pleasant evening. The pool was a nice asset, and the fitness center was well appointed. What really stood out was the staff. All very kind and helpful. Treated my like a friend as well as a guest

Huge rooms. Very comfortable stay at hotel. They have Olympic size swimming pool which is very clean.

Property is little old. They can do some maintenance.

Room had the amenities required and met expectations

Room 407 The AC Thermostat is not working properly - unable to control temperature or Fan speed. The toilet door lock needs to be REPAIED as it does NOT lock

Restaurant and reception staff were very good. Very hot water. It could do with updating but good value.

Swimming pool needed updating
