Property location was in city centre.

AC wasn't working on the day we checked in. Staff mentioned it will be repaired but wasn't repaired until we checked out also. It was too hot in the room even with Fan on. I had to pay the room rent with AC even though it wasn't working. Reached out to booking.com for help and no one came back till date.

We had a great stay! The view from our room was amazing; it felt like we were right on the TOP, even while indoors. Ms. Jikshitha took care of us and was very helpful. She always greeted us with a smile. Her friendly service made our visit even better. We can’t wait to come back for another 3-day getaway and enjoy this beautiful place again!

Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good. Maybe not the best suburbs of the town but anyway I met only nice and good people in neighbourhood. 🙂

Since I paid for a room with AC so I also expect that AC is working. That worked in one of the three days I was there, and within complains about that I found myself in contact with stuff member who only gave me lousy explaining and lies about that why I can't get an another room with working AC. That was a thing which gave a bad taste for my stay at that hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at OAK Mangalore , made even more special by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel has a great location with beautiful views and solid infrastructure. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were friendly and supportive, making our stay even more pleasant.
