Staff was A1. Friendly, helpful and patient. They went above and beyond at every turn.

This seems very common in India, but bugs can get in the bathroom because there is no screen on the window, just glass panels that don’t entirely close. The toilet seat was stained (it looked really gross) and the toilet itself had a crack but was repaired. My children weren’t comfortable in the bathroom so that made things difficult for me. I was dissatisfied with that aspect of the room, but the rest was very nice. I didn’t realize that outside food was not permitted, so that was hard because we have young kids who can’t stay out late for dinner, and are picky eaters.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Truly a Wonderful Stay at Hotel Ariana Residency I recently stayed at Hotel Ariana Residency in Andheri, Mumbai, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its strategic location—it’s so convenient to approach almost everywhere in Mumbai, making travel around the city very easy. The hospitality was outstanding, even when we arrived late at night and early in the morning. The staff, especially the boys working there, were always welcoming, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. It was truly refreshing to see how friendly they were—never once did we see an annoyed or tired face, no matter the hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after long days exploring the city. The bathroom was well maintained and spotless, which made a big difference to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—for all four days of our stay, there were different varieties each morning, all fresh and very tasty. It really set the tone for the day. Overall, Hotel Ariana Residency exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place in Andheri with great service, clean rooms, and a perfect location, I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Mumbai.

The one breakfast I had was good.

The bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. I am surprised that guests have not fallen and hurt themselves. The air in the corridor and elevator was musty.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the WiFi signal was great. Hotel staff were very hospitable and courteous. Overall a very good stay. Great cozy vibe in general.

The cupboards need a bit more upkeep and the toilet shelves etc need more planning. Better quality towels.

A brand new very up market property, centrally located, super clean, neat and lively. I Would love to stay here everytime in mumbai. Breakfast was a decent spread, staff very polite and professional.

Great staff. Polite and friendly. Convenient location. Medical store, other shops and an ATM nearby.

Breakfast could improve. Both the items and the service. Considering that there may be travellers who want to catch a morning flight or train, the hotel should be punctual. I just had toast and left. None...I repeat, NONE of the other items was ready and it was 10 to 15 minutes past their official breakfast time.

The staff are all very helpful and kind and always serve the guests. I liked something that I did not expect... which is the presence of the direction of the Qibla. I liked the tea. Karak.. It was very delicious.

The price is considered high compared to the quality of the place and the cleanliness is not the best. The bed needs to change all the pillows, because it is not clean. I requested a new pillow and he was replaced with a new one. I thank them for their cooperation. Their breakfast is very modest and there are not many varieties. I hope they make more dishes. The place is not considered special for tourists or visitors to the city. But it may be suitable for someone who has a job close to him.
