The private room was large with air con and fan which both work well. The room was clean, comfortable and well located, close to the metro and also food, markets etc. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even booked an ola taxi for me to the airport as I was struggling to get a Uber. The room rate included breakfast which was brought to the room, it was adequate for me. The price was very reasonable considering Mumbai is generally over priced. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was working but a little weak so this could be improved but this would not prevent me from staying at the property.

I've stayed 3 days with my family.My booking was in deluxe double bed rooms but upgraded to an executive triple bedroom with no extra charges..Managers and staff are very cooperative.locationwise nice place near the airport, metro station and beach.Clean room with good outside view.complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient.

Only the lift is too small.

The A1 cafe across the street does a very good puri breakfast.The covenience store opposite on corner with street food stall out front afternoon & evening do good frankies,pani puri,dosa & chat. I liked the view from the room 603, the very large opening picture window & the breeze though for many the noise of street & metro might be a bit much. The window can be kept closed of course. I was on 6th floor. The staff were very welcoming,helpful & friendly. Access to airport is convenient.

Firstly I think that the locking of the staircase on Saturday evening & Sunday causing only exit to be via elevator is concerning & needs to be looked at by management if not the Mumbai Fire Dept. Hot water was tepid at best.

The hotel was clean.comfortable and in wonderful area. Super alocation.Easy access.Staff so nice and very helpful. Beautiful Room Service Breakfast. No limit for Breakfast. Highly recommend. One day we will go there .

I like the ambiance of the hotel it's great.Colour of my room , great bed what a peaceful night scenic beauty from balcony is mesmerizing. Food is good and bathroom is just a wow hot tub with shower feel like a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel took a great warm bath. I loved it 😍 will stay always if visit Mumbai again. Service is good cleanliness ❤️❤️ staff are nice. Over all I can say it's just a pocket friendly budgeted lavish room.

Good experience and clean rooms. Very near to kokilaben hospital . Staff are very helpful . Good spacious balcony rooms. Perfect for business travel .

Staff is very supportive and courteous. They helped at all times and attended to each call

All Staff must know English. Many speak Hindi and Marathi which I didn't know. Breakfast time must be until 9 am which I couldn't avail.

We were upgraded to an executive suite! Large and airy room which was very comfortable

The toilet leaked a little and it wasn’t super clean, but was mostly good
