Location was very beautiful..... We didn't expect such beautiful atmosphere..... staffs were good enough to survive....

1. We booked 4 rooms. 3 of them were good enough. but my room was leaking rain waters..... 2. They seemed to cut electricity manually during night times....(Not sure) 3. no enough security cameras

The property was beautifully maintained in the middle of elachi plantation.

Booking.com says there is bathtub which is actually not available in the rooms. Please contact the property as soon as you reach munnar town as the google map might lead you to a different long route which is time consuming.

Breakfast was served piping hot and the caretaker was awesome. Highly empathized to serve our family as we were taking my kid and they even took care of my kid's needs such as providing with milk anytime with smile in face and welcoming words. Everything was organized as per the needs of the guests and their staff made our stay highly memorable and comfortable.

There is nothing we actually didn't liked. Breakfast can be slightly improved with more options but nothing to complain. Few more items shall be added to the breakfast.

The location is perfect! Just 4 minutes from Tata tea garden which in our opinion are the best tea plantations in the area. Very nice hotel with specious and comfortable rooms with beautiful view of the mountains from your balcony. Nice place to be close to nature. Staff was very helpful and nice. We highly recommend.

Wi-Fi was a bit off but this is what you can expect whet you are in the middle of the forest.

The position far from any noise is very pleasant, room spacious and clean. Staff super helpful and friendly. I left by mistake my e-book in the bed and the manager managed give it back to me when I was already on the bus, one hour away from the hotel… incredibly nice.

Overall service and ambiance

Location difficult to approach. Property must arrange transportation from city center. They may charge for it. A bit difficult to reach if not having own car

After seeing many properties last booked this resort, i understand it was a right decision after reached this property, there are two ways to this property one is through munnar bypass another through munnar dam bridge way better you select munnar through way because the other route is difficult, the room was big in size and kept neat and clean. The person named Mr. Aneesh really helpful and pleasing man helped a lot, ready to help all time without any difficult.We ordered our dinner also here that was really wonderful, lot of menu items available here Veg& Non Veg, they made it very deliciously. The rate was also reasonable. Its sure we book the same resort on our next visit. Special thanks for the Manager also for calling me and coordinating our stay.

Very friendly staff and fire 🔥 camp set by them a little late , when we asked . Super place to stay at Munnar

The location, rooms and sitting space everything was just great. We would love to visit again , also the hospitality shown by Mr. Sohan, and Mr. Akhilesh was too good. Such a memorable experience it was !

There's nothing to not like .

I like the hospitality and specially Asst. Manager Mr. Alhilesh who was there just a call away and was making sure our stay was comfortable and cook was highly professional and food was yummy.
