Good comforting stay. AC rooms, clean toilet, comfortable bed and TV. Room was spacious enough with cupboards, chair and table. Hot water was 24x7 which is good. Front desk was helpful and also has a lift.

Breakfast could have been better. Just two items were there, idly and vada with tea/coffee. Maybe a dosa/poori and sweet would be great. But not a big complaint.

Rooms were clean to Treebo standard like how we see in other Treebo hotels. Good car parking. Though location in ring road, hotels towards main Mysore are 20 mins away by car (was not a problem to us).

We expected 2 main course of breakfast, but was served only single main course (idly, Vada, dosa missed breads) but provided was sufficient and tasty

Neatness Morning breakfast

On booking.com though I paid 50% amount by credit card for confirmation, M/S RUFTUB SOLUTIONS PVT LTD has recovered 100% amount by using my credit card details without my knowledge . I have sent an email but there was no response. Only after checking in the hotel, Mr Ali understood my problem as i was reluctant to give 50% balance as already 150% amount was paid through my credit card. As a result i have to block my card and have to face inconvenience in my tour. Mr Ali informed to Area Manager and insisted to refund the extra amount at the earliest. Due to his efforts i got the refund.

It was very clean and the staff helped me with everything that I needed. Bathroom, Bed and room, all were clean and wifi was really good for my work. I checked out well rested and refreshed. Everyone from reception, room service, security were helpful.

there is a local bar and restaurant downstairs, this could get little noisy at night until 11:30 or so. Also the location might not be suitable for some as its far from any restaurants or shops. If you come on own vehicle, its more than perfect.

i want highlite my storry ........... last 7 yrs i m stying only star catoghry hotels (radison blue etc) first time i visit hotel rj residency i feel thatt we are wsting money in star hotel why .. we getting all facility is budget hotels ( rj residncy ) why wasting time .. this is te best hotel in mysore

only staff uniform

The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is convenient to travel to all places in and around Mysore. Most importantly, the hotel is on a ring road and away from the usual traffic hustle.

Hot water was not available in the evening and the next day morning, it was mostly water only in the bathroom.

they have big parking place and 24 hour security system .. speciouse room good staff kind speaking managers and staff we bring food they arrange place to eat up stairs and over all good expiernce ...cool place no trafic you can go any were from this hotel

It was clean, comfortable and had parking space, staff was supportive of suggesting the places to visit, how to get where and were available immediately for any request.
