Abishek Kashyap provided outstanding service, tailoring our dining experience with care and introducing us to Indian cuisine while ensuring comfort for our kids. The concierge team, with proactive support, arranged a visit to the Ganesha temple, enhancing our cultural experience, while the driver added valuable insights. Ketki’s warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. The interconnected room upgrade recommended by the reception team was perfect for our family. Overall, the best experience we’ve had in India—highly recommend!

I have stayed at many Marriott properties as a Bonvoy member. This one is one of the best ones for its customer-centric experience. Located in the heart of Pune City instead of the outskirts, this is the only 5-star hotel with a true 5-star experience-- rooms, restaurants, and attention to detail. Our floor manager, Mahesh, was very attentive and sensitive to our needs. Satyam was our housekeeping staff member--he kept the room sparkling clean and added his personal touch by creating cure towel art daily. We dined at the spice kitchen, and they were extremely attentive, too. Food's always good at Marriott. The Chef at Spice Kitchen, Burralal (not sure about the spelling), himself, stopped by our table during one of our lunches, specifically asking us for feedback. Sunday brunch at Spice Kitchen is an experience not to be missed. Live music/singing, hand tricks magician who goes table to table entertaining people with awesome tricks! It truly entertained our group. Overall, our stay was made pleasant by the people here--100% points for that. looking forward to our stay next year.

Nothing specific, but for reasons of safety-- I felt that the bathroom floors are a bit slippery--if elderly people live here, they should be careful. No need to wear slippers inside the bathroom.

Good central location next to a mall, decent size of room and bathroom, great on-site restaurants especially Paasha, very attentive and helpful staff

View from room is nothing exceptional, entry was a little hard to find when driving, service at restaurant was a little slow at times, overall experience was very good but not very luxurious

Caring and empathetic staff made us feel at home. We were traveling under family emergency but the JW felt like a home away from home.

I wish the check in and check out procedure was smoother. Staff is courteous and things were corrected quickly.

Parking and arrival related. Too much waiting time for parking and car arrival. Plan two level parking with proper exit plan. Signal at exit also a problem. Explore right exit and then options of using internal road to avoid traffic at exit.

An Anniversary celebration to remember! We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel that left a lasting impression on us. From the excellent food to the warm hospitality, everything about our stay was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. One of the standout features of our stay was the food. The chefs at this hotel are truly outstanding. Chef Bhuralal created some of the most delicious meals we have ever tasted. Chef Anil Duvvi made sure that breakfast experience was also amazing. We were also impressed by the service provided by Aryan, Pratik, Mayur, Mayank, Prema, and Kangkang. They were all attentive, friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant manager, Mr. Abhishek, deserves a special mention. He went out of his way to make sure that our dining experience was perfect. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that all of our requests were taken care of promptly. The kitchen staff helped us celebrate by offering a beautifully plated Mousse cake with their wishes after every meal. The housekeeping staff, Prasad and Aditya, also did a fabulous job. They decorated our room beautifully, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Last but not the least, I would like to thank Ms. Jazzlyn from guest relations for making all the arrangements for us. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. The food, hospitality, and service were all exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway. Thank you to all the staff for making our anniversary celebration so special.

Beautiful hotel, the rooftop restaurant is excellent, the spectacular view from there is exceptional. All the other things were very good and I was sorry that only spent two days here. Breakfast offers are wide, there are more restaurants in the hotel, swimming pool and other recreational facilities are also 5 star. And the view from the room (23rd floor) was also beautiful. Executive lounges and meeting rooms are also available for business purposes. That staff is also friendly and helpful. The best hotel in Pune!

Coffe is bit expensive - black coffee 500 INR which is double than coffee we get in Australia.

This is the third time I am staying at the property and it was a great stay. Special mention to Tanmay at the executive lounge, Abhishek, Komal, Mayur and Yash at Spice Kitchen, Chef Bhuralal and Junior Sous chef Sathya who made the stay for my wife and son very comfortable.

The play area for children on the second floor could be made to incorporate more activities for children. Tao Fu failed to meet expectations even though the service was good. Less salt in the food would be a good start.
