Very clean. At the heart of the city. Main bus stand, railway station and metro (all at the same place) is just 200 meters away. All the taxis, tuks and ubers parked at the railway station park so getting transportation is very fast. The intercity buses are also next to the railway station with enough booking shops nearby. Joseph at the front office is very helpful. Loyal and promoting the hotel and the facilities. Rajashree at the front office is also very professional and helpful. Although the hotel is not brand new, its maintained to the level that it looks brand new inside. Rooms are spotless, large and elegant.

Nothing to dislike.

Our stay at Lemon Tree Premier City Center in Pune was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, which immediately made us feel at home. The hotel offers a modern, clean, and comfortable atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose Lemon Tree Premier again on our next visit to Pune.

premium experience at centre of the city

Restaurant layout and infrastructure is top class. However the food needs to catch up to be a favourite of travellers.....there is a 20-30% pathway to be covered to be considered upto the mark. Breakfast spread needs to be pepped up and frequent requests for a feedback by the restaurant chefs (at least 3 of them going around all the time asking for a rating) needs to be backed by a genuine interest in delighting the customer.

The helpful, courteous and genuinely kind staff make Lemon Tree my preferred hotel to stay at in Pune. The hotel has clean, modern rooms, a wide and tasty breakfast selection, and a spacious gym and pleasant poolside area. A special thanks to Shovon, Preet, Bhawesh, Mahesh and the entire restaurant team for wonderful service and for surprising me with a birthday cake as well!

The staff were all lovely, the staff that cleaned my room always added little extra touches including making towel animals and leaving treats on international women's day which made me feel like they really cared about making my stay special. So I'd like to thank Sayli, Maniunath and Arvind for being so kind.

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like, it was a pleasant stay and I'm thinking of returning next year.

A really nice hotel with comfortable rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very kind, helpful, and always ready to make your stay enjoyable. We felt well taken care of and would happily come back.

The hotel is just outside the Pune junction railway station so you don't even have to take rickshaw. The rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. The services provided was prompt. They have kept 2 dogs and are super friendly.

I felt the breakfast and lunch buffet prices are overpriced

The location is perfect, very clean and well maintained rooms. The staff were all very polite. Special mention to Luri , from the restaurant. Despite of being newbie, her courteous and polite behaviour deserves a praise. It was A very comfortable stay at Lemon Tree indeed

The price point

Excellent location, clean rooms and food breakfast and dinner buffet was fresh and good spread. The menu was changing every day and superb taste. Ideal location and safe for family and child. Staff at hotel like front desk reception, citrus restaurant and security were always smiling and ready to greet ans serve you. Special shout out to sanjay, pallavi, ankita, prashanth and security also Even when i requested for extension, they supported with good price all inclusive. Location is good and easy to go for all major areas around city and neat and clean hotel. You feel at home. Comfortable and clean beds and washrooms.

Perhaps some juices/drinks included in dinner buffet as part of buffet package. Room size could have been little bigger.

Fresh and clean looking out side, friendly & polite staff at reception. Infact all the staff seemed happy and pleasant . We would defiantly come back to the Lemon Tree 🤗 Everyone has a smile and went the extra mile to help The staff here did everything they could to make us welcome, so thank you.
