We arrived pretty early in the morning to drop our bags and they let us check-in the room at no additional cost. Location is perfect - walking distance from all places of interest. The rooms are pretty nice. Rooftop with amazing view. Stuff was nice and helpful. Excellent value for money. We asked the reception lady to order a taxi for early morning and the driver was waiting for us.

Sheets were not changed from the previous clients. But I guess that's normal for India. We traveled for 10 days and changed 5 different hotels, including a few 5* hotels (like Marriot for example) and we had a hotel with clean sheets only once during our travels in India. After asking at reception they came very fast and changed the sheets.

Extremely helpful and supportive staff. We felt very warmly welcomed from the beginning until the end of our stay. Beautifully designed rooms. Very comfortable beds. Well working and quiet air conditioning. Stunning views from the terrace. Wonderful spot for sunset watching. Great breakfasts and tasty dinner meals. Hotel is located on a quiet street in walking distance from Jagdish Temple, City Palace, Bagore ki Haveli and even the boat boarding point at the Lake Pitchola

The only minus point was that the downstairs room was a bit noisy from the street and because of its proximity to the reception. Other 2 rooms were fine.

A beautiful building. The room is nice and big and a great soft luxurious bed. The bathroom is clean and big and provides everything. The breakfast was made to our liking on the beautiful rooftop of the hotel. They also provided an axtra bed for our big kids the small one could sleep on the futon. The ac worked perfect

We liked the vibe of the hotel, the murals are beautiful and the roof top restaurant had amazing food with an incredible view. We liked the location of the hotel as it was a short stroll to the lake and near by markets, its bait of a maze to find your way around but once you get used to it, it's all fun :)

Being an English speaking family, it was hard to communicate at times, but i think that it is hard most places. we also requested a spare mattress but it was very firm which may be good for some but my sister didn't have a very comfortable sleep.

If you travel Udaipur and want to be close to the old town, but still search for some calm stay: Here it is. Nice hotel, cosy room, wonderful team and a breathtaking view from the roof-top restaurant and bar. By the way: The food is also fantastic! Don’t miss the sorted bread basket with one of the Indian main dishes. And it’s an amazing walk from the hotel to the city palace. But be aware: There are so many shops and so friendly people offering their goods - you will need an additional suitcase on your flight back, if you’re not investing carefully. What you should consider is a bespoke tailored suit, measurements and order in the morning, ready to be picked up at sunset. If you didn’t have a tuktuk yet: Try it here - like a rollercoaster in the old town’s narrow lanes.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The rooftop provides a beautiful view of all important sights in Udaipur you can also walk to easily. We always felt safe. Food and drinks are also tasty at a reasonable price.

Dogs barking at night but that's a common issue. Make sure your riksha driver takes you directly to the door because it's possible, they just don't like to do it 99% of the time...

Great location facing lake Pichola from roof top. Clean and very beautiful rooms and comfortable bed. We had the dinner at the restaurant and was very well prepared. Aesthetic looking property , rajasthani stay.

Our bathroom had foul smell coming from a drain throughout the stay. The location is not accessible by four wheelers but the hotel will send complementary three wheeler to pick you up.

My first visit to Udaipur as a solo traveler, and I am so glad i chose this property for my 3 day stay!! The ambience of this place is amazing. The rooms are luxury-made, the decor is catchy!! They have got terraces and rooftop place to sit and relax - most beautiful view is the sun setting amidst mountains with Lake Pichola view! It all gives you that Royal feel when so many beautiful things around. I woukd recommend to stay at this boutique property if you are not having a tight budget ...!! The hospitality team is very good, cheerful !!

Nothing as such. Just entering to this property for a first-timer is like a maze!! However, that's also fun when u get lost in the maze and pass across the houses of these locals and giving them a smile back is no harm !!!! I was pretty used to the roads after Day01.

The location is in a small central area amongst the local housing which was quiet and had a great rooftop viewpoint of the Lake Pichola. The room aesthetic was amazing! Everything was clean, there is hand painted artwork on the walls, a decorative couch window, and a concrete arch design giving off a vibe of the themes of Udaipur. Aside from design, the basic were also functioning - the fan, the AC, the hot water, the electricity. There was a closet, safe, hot water kettle, fridge and some coffee and tea was provided. All the staff was friendly and welcoming to provide the services we requested.

The locking mechanism for the room could be better, perhaps one that could latch the door upon leaving. If I needed to leave the room while my partner was in deep sleep, I had to bring the key with me to lock it from outside because the door will just swing open if I didn't. The good thing is that I could separate the key from the electric key card that activates the room electricity for them while I'm out.
