Really beautiful swimming pools - just right in the heat. close proximity to the lake. Nice room.

Breakfast very limited for westerners, Indian food good. Slow service. But note most of the complaints in this area are from Indian tourists, who demand very prompt indulgence and love bossing the staff around. It definitely deserves a higher average rating.

We stayed in the suite with private pool and it was absolutely lovely. Its a heated pool and Mr Arif, the manager was looking after us well.

I cannot start to explain how undervalued this property is, from staff to services to the transparent floor rooftop bar to the most delicious cider I had. The pools, Yes the POOLS are amazing and the different places they made to sit and relax and enjoy the serenity of Udaipur is beyond words. Its a steal my friends , ITS A STEAL. BOOK IT, THAT'S IT. The owner of the resort is the most humble person I ever met, he has an amazing sense of design which is reflected in the property's ambience. I booked the premier room and the washroom is bigger than most properties room. The marble bathtub is perfect for your baths and what not. Go for it.

The breakfast was underwhelming There was no proper coffee and the staff said they asked many times for the coffee machine to be fixed There was only ONE small roll of toilet paper and NO tissues

Great location with amazingly charming and stylish decor. Fantastic rooftop bar and restaurant (excellent cuisine), frequented by stylish young (Indian or International Indian) tourists. Almost all staff were very friendly and overly helpful. Compared to some earlier reviews, it seems that a lot has been changed to the positive. Also worth noting: very good massages at reasonable rates are available. Suites are very large and are made with luxurious marble, but are of course a bit worn.

Location good . Coffee machine not functioning. Great photos of previous rulers on walls. Roof top has 2 pools-impressive with good views.

Poor wifi. No instructions on TV use. It seems only Indian movies or tv available.

The property is impressive and stunning. It has a real authentic Indian feel. Lush gardens, lovely views, beautiful pools and a great breakfast.

internet is very bad. I had better luck using my own mobile service which is very expensive. Little things like no towels at the pool, no hairdryer unless you ask, coffee wasn’t refilled is used (it’s instant anyway)

Fantastic looking hotel in the old part of town. With all the old decor and a touch of the new. Beautiful pools on the top. With a roof top bar that gives your 360 views of the city at sunset

Inattentive and uninterested staff all round, they need training. Nb the bath was disconnected from the water supply.
