Location is very good, It's waking distance from City palace, Bagore ki haveli and all the good cafes and restaurants are near by. Hemant and Kanishka from the staff are really welcoming and helper us through out our stay. Hemant helped me to pick our luggage from the other hotel and brought it here as well. I wish to come back again at The Red Pier.

Their build setup is still in progress and few things are still missing in the room. Though they are aware about it and assured us that those things are in process and will be added to the rooms soon. Like - Mirrors and extrs dustbins in the room.

Beautiful building with a pool to spend hot afternoons. Room very confortable and spacious

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic , most of the popular tourist places are on a walking distance from the hotel not only that but the main markets for shopping and eating are also very close, the staff of hotel is very polite, professional ,well behaving and co-operative, the hotel was previously known as poonam haveli and has been recently renovated and renamed, it's gives a beautiful view of the lake pichola from the corridor and Terrace, the rooms are very spacious and neat&clean my stay was worth every penny it spent on it , this is the first hotel I have seen where they upfrontly keep a follow up for room cleaning everyday or alternative day, in others hotels I have always had to asked Them

THEIR RESTAURANT WAS UNDER RENOVATION, THE ROOM I GOT DIDNT HAD MUCH HERITAGE LOOK AND SEEPAGE WAS VISIBLE AT SOME PATCHES

Pool and Rooms were very nice and cozy, it was a cute property. We booked a room with a private balcony and it was worth the money !

The terrace dinner came out of the box we roam around and were fed up to find a gud dining spot but then when we tried our own hotel it was so amazing 11/10 experience it was

the wibe and ambience was brilliant.we enjoyed the stay the staff was amazing. and the food served on their restaurant OTc was just fabulous...10/10 fr food n stay..must try

Overall a very satisfying experience. Great ambiance, in the center and happening area.

Only improvement needed is an early breakfast. No breakfast facility before 8.30 am

we stayed there for 3 days and it was a very pleasant stay there.. staff was very cooperative.. overall it was nice stay there..
