Property was centrally located ,from where all the tourist attractions were easily accessible.Room was clean , staff was professional. Though 3100 rs for a basic amenities room was bit higher.

Room was bit congested, as the bed was fitted between a narrow space and walls on 3 sides, which made even made watching TV odd as it was very near to vison. Also stairs were narrow and lift always seems to be full as it only can accommodate 3 people at once.

Amazing location. Big rooms which are very well maintained. A rooftop restaurant overlooking lake Pichola. It’s a heritage haveli in the middle of main Udaipur town. Beautiful Jagdish Temple and Udaipur Palace a 2 minute walk. Car parking in well maintained and managed at ChandPole which is again a 5 minute walk from the property. Mr. Gajendra and Mr.Ankit Jain make the stay hassle free and everything is perfectly organised. I would definitely and highly recommend the property. For big families the property has a family room which is simply awesome. Washrooms are new. Facility of lift which accommodates 3 persons at a time is an added advantage. The evening Rajasthani cultural show at Bagore Ki Haveli is a 1 minute walk from the property. For the youth bikes on rent are in abundance and reasonably priced too. The hotel also manages day trip within Udaipur and beyond at reasonable price. I would definitely stay again at the property.

It’s a perfect place for stay in heritage area of Udaipur

Very comfortable hotal stay. They provide extra matress at no extra cost. They provide free water bottles throughout stay. They provide hygienic and clean towels with all bathroom accessories. They also provide electric kettle along with tea bags and coffee pouches and milk powders to enjoy tea and coffee in room itself with out any extra cost. Included breakfast with room price was very good and delicious. Location is very good 50mtr from Jagdish temple and 200 mtr from City palace. Staff is very decent and cooperative. Roof top restaurant is awesome with lake view. Must recommend for family stay

Stairs are small but lift is available

Near to all sight seeing location specially City palace walkable distance just 200 mtr, Jagdish temple 50 mtr, Fateh Sagar Lake 3km n sajjangaarh fort is 7 km, bagore ki haveli 100 mtr, Karni mata temple entrance gateway is behind City palace.... You need to come to last gate of city palace to come out so that you can get access to karni mata temple.... Lake pichola boating to be done after visiting karni mata temple as boating ride access is frm 2 side. 1 from city palace side which is costly and 2 from karni mata temple which is affordable price.... Karni mata temple n city palace is adjacent to Lake pichola....

No cupboard ,no locker for keeping passport or keeping any valuable items... Limited option in complimentary breakfast as compared to price charged for per day stay....

Stay was comfortable at the hotel & all essential facilities were provided. Staff was good & responsive.

Cleanliness of the facility should be improved. Food was priced on a higher side. Parking Facility can be improved.

The fact that this property is in the heart of udaipur. Many things in walkable distance. Across the street there is an ATM. And the best part is the restaurant on the fifth floor and guests which stays in the Hotel will get 15% discount on all meal Breakfast is not bad and not the best

The location was very much in close proximity to Pichola Lake and offered serene atmosphere all around.. The concierge was decent and welcoming and were upto any expectations that I had so it was nice.. The food was okay. Basic amenities are available and maintained so it was not a problem at all.

The room was clean but could be timely serviced again but it was fine.. the timing of food that was provided could be improved and also . The variety on the food part can also be explored otherwise rest all things were fine.

Very good view from the rooftop terrace. Good a la carte breakfast on ground level cafe available. Rooms small but okay. Good location for walking.

Cleanliness could have been better. We have been allotted rooms without proper cleaning. Liquid spots and hairs were lying on dressing table. However, They have cleaned it once we reported.
