A few days ago, I stayed at Moustache Hostel in Udaipur, which was my first time staying in a hostel. Initially, I was nervous and felt a bit uneasy. However, as soon as I entered, I met Bharat Ji, who was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Then Mehru Bhaiya dropped us off at our room. Whenever we called him, he was always available to help with anything, whether it was water, food, or luggage. He never hesitated and provided excellent service at all times. I met Priyansho Ji at Moustache Hostel, and he gave me great recommendations on where to go for the best sunset and sunrise views, areas with less traffic, and places to find souvenirs. I felt a real sense of warmth and connection, like we weren’t meeting for the first time. The people at Moustache are really wonderful, and I highly recommend staying there. You’ll have a great experience!

There was nothing there that I didn’t like.

We got a clean room at Wing B of the moustache hotel. We had a pleasant stay as they provided us all basic amenities. The housekeeping staff was nice. Mr Pritam and Bharat were so kind and approachable. Hotel staff provided me with a thermometer and duvet, as I started to feel sick after a lot of traveling. I recommend this place for its location and hospitality. Most of the famous places are nearby, like the City Palace, Bagore ki haveli, red ghat and virasat puppet show etc.

There is nothing specific which we didn't like.

My friend and I stayed at Moustache Udaipur for three days, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and their hospitality was top-notch. Bharat, the main guy there, was a standout. Not only did he suggest fantastic places for us to explore, but he also personally took us there. This added a unique touch to our stay, as we got to enjoy Udaipur with a group of random yet amazing people, making it an unforgettable adventure. The hostel itself had an amazing vibe, perfect for both singles and couples. The atmosphere was lively, and the facilities were great. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while giving you the chance to meet new people and discover the city in the best way possible, Moustache Udaipur is a must-visit. A special thanks to Bharat for going above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We can’t wait to visit again! Full vibe place. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Moustache Hostel in Udaipur and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hostel has a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great tips on exploring the city and making sure I had everything I needed. The common areas were lively and perfect for meeting fellow travelers, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of Udaipur's skyline and the lake. The location was also ideal, close to many attractions and eateries, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. Overall, Moustache Hostel provided a memorable experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur!

My first time in udaipur did not feel like first They offer you great hospitality and fun activities/outings. It was my best hostel experience till date the stuff and the volunteer are the game changers they are super friendly, they take you on group tours (hidden gems/ offbeat places) fun to hang around with arrange game nights & movie nights it almost felt like a second home. Bonus it's very very safe for solo female travellers. Special mention to Riya pratham Bhuvanesh Anant and Shivam. Amazing team work catering towards making the place awesome for travellers. Loved the raita hills tour im gonna remember it forever. Not to mention Mr. Rahul ji one of the property owner the most humble and helpful guy i met.

Small bathrooms Dull lighting in common room area

One building doesn't have an elevator.My room was upgraded to a Deluxe one as I needed an elevator for my heavy luggage. The room was very pretty and the roof top was great as well. It was very safe even though there wasn't many guests or staffs. I was also picked up from Chand Pole while I arrived. Interestingly me and my luggage fit in their scooter. I enjoyed that

I wanted an auto riksha arranged early morning (7am) for my check out as I had to catch a train, to which I was assured that it will be ready but later, I had to arrange by myself whereas I made sure that they remember. The payment got tricky with me with confusion of how much I paid and I didn't receive an email with a receipt. I was supposed to get 'change (cash)' Even if it was 100rupees or just 4 rupees, it should be there responsibility to send it to me rather than me having to ask for it another day. Apart from that the staffs were super polite and greets with smile.

The location and staff members was quite coperative and helpful. The location is really good and near about many tourists places which is a plus point. Priyanshu and bharat done really appreciate able work. They both are outstanding.

Not allowed to play music or group discussion after 10 pm which is a negative impact because many of us are not available in morning/afternoon as we were exploring the nearest places and when we reached back 10 pm they asked us to be pin drop silence.

Amazing rooftop cafe Athena with spectacular views at night. The hostel might be inside an alley, but it has great connectivity to Chandpole and the bridge nearby which offers great views. Comfy beds , amentites are good too. Common room is just too good, best place to make new friends.

Geyser isn't regular, so if you're travelling in winter it's going to be an issue. Need to specifically inform them in prior.

The best thing was the thinking of making the best out of the available space. The lighting, the aura and the space in and around the property was awesome. The best part were the moustache people. They were the best part there. From curating our trips around the city to help explore the city on our own, they made sure that we will want to come back again even if it means just for a day. Worth mentions are Bhuvnesh, Pratham, Sachin and Anant(Chintu). 😜

The parking was a little far but not too far.
