We booked 2 rooms, one with a view, which was totally worth it. The other without (for the kids as they don't appreciate a view anyway) but that meant it barely had a window at all bar for a tiny one into an airshaft. I would definitely spend the extra bit of money for a room with a view. That's the main reason to pick this hotel. Also it has a rooftop terrace with a great view. We only used it for breakfast, which was good. Staff were very helpful, especially when i asked them to phone the bus company to confirm our reservation.

First of all as we were on a girls' trip, we felt comfortable and safe. The location of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are exactly as shown in the picture, no exaggeration in the photos at all. This hotel is super clean and aesthetic. All the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Services are quick. We love the ambience of the restaurant and the rooftop. We got a homely treatment at this hotel. We were not denied for any service we requested. Overall it was a lovely stay.

It would be great if bathroom equipment is thoroughly checked before guests arrive. The taste of veg biriyani could have been better.

The location was perfect. Especially if you are new to the area, you could walk anywhere and not really need a rickshaw for most of the sites. The only thing is we went when it was very very hot so for some of the sites like the city Palace we took a ricksaw. It was really nice to walk to dinner and back and just get lost in the city. Also it was a really clean place, and not run down like many of the hotels you can come by in India.

I liked the friendliness and the readiness of the staff to help. I liked that even if you got a non lake view room, you can enjoy the restaurant food at the terrace with the lake view. The rooms were clean, the terrace was pretty and we were provided an overall good experience with events at the property and questions about nearby places to visit.

Location was awesome, I had booked a room without the view and I decided to upgrade for an extra 1000 ruppess a night. Well worth it ,being able to look out the window directly at the water is very relaxing.
