This property was amazing even before I arrived they messaged me on WHATSAPP, asking about arrival times who I was travelling with, great communication and organised airport transport at a great price!!! We stayed in the Presidential Suite..it was beautiful spacious and very clean, comfy bed and sofa and beautiful balcony overlooking the lake!!! Great choice at breakfast and dinner in the evening was top notch food at very good price...!!! Warm welcome from Kanishka, she was brilliant and Nimisha also, in fact every member of staff always had a smile..loved it will be returning!!!

The value of this property is amazing. When you first walk in, the lobby is stunning as it overlooks the lake with lots of lush greenery and murals. The room was simple but nice and had a great view of the lake and city. I booked this accommodation at the very last minute because I was having issues with my other accommodation and had to leave rather quickly. They had my room ready for me by the time I got there thirty minutes after booking. They even moved my room from the ground floor to the first floor after they saw I was a solo female traveler because they thought it would be more comfortable for me. So thoughtful! Especially for a last minute booking. As a solo female traveler, I would recommend this hotel. It is a great location and I felt very safe in the area. Thank you to Kanishka and the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

The room was very clean but had a little wear and tear. This didn’t bother me but I know for some people it may matter. The only downside I might be able to say for solo female traveler is that you have to walk through a narrow walkway in order to get to the hotel. This isn’t a problem during the day but I could see it being uneasy at night. However, if it’s a concern I’m sure the staff would be willing to meet you and walk with you because they really take into consideration the safety of solo females.

The property's communication was great. The way to the hotel was somewhat confusing as the driver wouldn't drop us off to the hotel due to the small roads. On talking to the property they were able to sort it out. From the main road its a short walk through small streets to get to the property which is by the lake - fair enough given this is the old-ish part of the city. At check in, we were welcomed with coconut water was a nice touch! In addition to breakfast, which was included in our booking, complementary afternoon tea was offered, along with one free foot massage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the main attractions.

Rooms could've used some wardrobe space. Wifi was weak in the corner room I stayed in (room #2) Rooms could do with more sound proofing - given it's in a popular area, there is plenty of music/noise till late.

Me and my family stayed at Moustache Verandah from 18th Jan-21st Jan. Our stay here was very comfortable and pleasant. It is outstanding on following parameters: 1. Location: It is located near Chandpole in old town. All the attractions are on walking distance. 2. Communication: 24 hour in advance we received details about our reservation, a video of the room allocated to us and directions to reach hotel. The front desk is available on whatsapp, phone all the time to help you. 3. Hospitality: As soon as we reach Chandpole they arrange a pickup of our luggage as cars are not allowed in old town. On our arrival we were welcomed with coconut water.There was a board hanging in front of our room with my name and welcoming us. Inside the room there were chocolate and Udaipur’s postcard welcoming us. 4. Staff: All the staffs were very good, well behaved and ready for help. They went beyond their menu and arranged bananas for my son. Mr. Rakesh in restaurant always made sure that my son gets banana in the breakfast. Front desk always ready to help and provide any information to plan your day. 5. Add ons: We had complementary foot message, high tea( 4pm-6pm) and bed tea in the morning. Once I was late for high tea but they still arranged that for me. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur.

We received such a warm welcome and the staff were really lovely throughout our stay. We had a wonderful view from our balcony over the lake and the pool area was beautiful. The property is located down a little backstreet and so it was a nice calming place away from the noise of the city.

Our bed wasn’t the comfiest and the pool area only had two sun loungers so it isn’t the best for sunbathing/ chilling by the pool if that is what you are looking for.

We had a lovely restful few days here during a busy trip. It was treat for us and definitely lived up to expectations. We had a corner king room and it was so lovely sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake. Although be aware it's not the main lake if that matters to you. Excellent location close to town and very quiet. I thought the alleyway entrance added character! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was a lovely place to sit. Half board was incredible value as we could have anything off the menu for dinner.

It was very annoying and pricey to have to wire some money up front from the UK. We nearly cancelled the booking but really wanted to stay there. Adding 3% for foreign cards should be made clear up front. If I was them I would clean the little bit of lake in front each morning. There were loads of staff and it wouldn't be difficult.

Beautiful location on the lake, staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for you without being intrusive. Views from pool and our room were stunning, I spent hours at the hottest part of the day sat on the balcony watching the bird life and humans on the lake as in wasn't in the sun so just perfect. Food in the restaurant was lovely and a good verity at very reasonable prices.

Shower was temperamental and would go scortching hot if you were not very careful.

Great modern hotel with pool in a beautiful quiet setting of Udaipur, views of the lake. Very, very close to the hustle and bustle of central Udaipur, but a comfortable hideaway to get some moments of rest in busy days. The hotel gave us a free room upgrade and an anniversary cake, which was great! Very nice infinity pool and a free foot massage option. Room was very clean, bathroom was good with the very best shower ever! Restaurant was good with nice indoor and outdoor setting with lake views. All in all everything was very good! Thank you!

We really loved our stay at this property. All the staff members were really kind and genuine which will make anyone feel at home. Harsh. Kanishka and Surbhi made our stay even more comfortable by making sure we don’t lack any amenities. We would definitely like to visit it again.

The property is a bit inside from the Main Street. Some people might find it a bit difficult to locate. A more visible banner of the property on the main road would be helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Moustache Udaipur. The rooms were stunning with beautiful views. The restaurant was so relaxing with delicious food and coffee in the morning. The hotel staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. We have been so happy with all the service throughout our trip in India, but Moustache Udaipur is a stand out. We loved Udaipur and would love to return, and would definitely stay at Moustache Udaipur again! Thank you so much for such a memorable experience!
