We didn't like the room they offered to us, as it did not have the same view, but the manager vas very helpful and he did everything to give us the option to change it by upgrading our stay, and was amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Everything was perfect, only a few details like some towels came with some spots, but nothing big issue, we loved ZOSTEL UDAIPUR!!! <3 Thank you to all the staff!

The room was very aesthetically pleasing and the view from the window was great! The staff was super helpful and guided us really well. They had issues with the hot water supply as their geyser burst, but they made sure the guests had hot water for showers when they asked for it.

They should clearly mention that the hostel is located on a very steep slope. It's super tough to climb with suitcases. the cabs and the auto rickshaws do not even drop you off mid-way.

The location is really what sells this place. You have a nice view out of the room, and the room itself is OK. It's interesting to note how the different the standard is in Zostel in Jodhpur and Udaipur. This one in Udaipur is a bit shabby, the sheets are heavy and the bed mattress is not that comfortbale but you have AC and the quiet.

The bed, although spacious was not as comfortable as the one in Jodhpur. In general, I found the building to be more old and less meiantained and renovated compared to Zostel in Jodhpur.

A lot of the famous spots are walkable from zostel. We stayed in one of the private rooms which was beautifully designed taking inspiration from the city's heritage. Even the food we ordered at their cafe was simple and tasty. The common room was also cozy and had interactive games and the rooftop has a lovely view. Mr Kishan at the reception is extremely helpful and wonderful. Our overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable!

The staff is very welcoming and professional, superb clean room with a view of the lake. Rooftop restaurant with panoramic views. Excellent cook for both Indian dishes and pasta. I can only recommend this quiet place, 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Udaipur. Thanks to Krishna, the manager of the establishment, for his kindness. Eric P.

Such a lovely property it is and the best part is the location is so good everything is so accessible easily from here… The rooms The beds and the bathrooms are all clean and hygiene. The staff were so overwhelming and kind… Really loved staying there and would recommend everyone to must try out zostel in Udaipur…

It was a property developed for backpackers. It is definitely alive for money. The food, esp. Poha was delicious.

Everything was perfect considering the price point. What was weird was the water heating system. Apparently they switch the geyser on at a particular point during the day and it takes 15 minutes for the water to heat up. I faced an issue every single day and had to adjust. I hope Zostel rectifies this because warm water is a basic necessity and they have a complicated system.

The room had a lot of space, nice bathroom, and a good view of the lake. The hostel’s facilities were very good with a good social area. Drinking water was provided. The restaurant was what you would expect from a hostel; good for the value. Overall, a really good stay.

There was no option for a late check-out. There were constant power cuts (from the monsoon but still frustrating). They provided tea and sugar in the room but not coffee, which isn’t a massive problem but would be nice.

Large, clean and comfortable rooms with good view. They also have good restaurant on the rooftop serving delicious food.

The location is on a extreme slope and parking in case you are getting your own vehicle a little cumbersome but all of this is not a dealbreaker.
