I felt very welcome at this place. It’s in a crowded area, but it has still a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. For me, I had everything that I needed and it was clean. As soon as you get out of the door, you can walk easily to the lake, the bridges, ghats or to the local market area. I really loved it. The owner and his family are very kind, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and very well run, but also friendly and laid back. Vicki the host was always available to answer questions, advise and share local knowledge or just to chat. Our room was light and airy, a real home away from home. Also plenty of outside areas for sitting and relaxing.

Noise from dogs at night in the street below, but otherwise not too noisy for the area.

Two things that make this place exceptional. 1. Hospitality of the staff. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We had to pay 1108 and I had given her 1110. She remembered to return the 2 rupees back after a few hours. She keeps extra water bottles for guests. Gave the wifi password without asking for it. Remembered to clean our room the next day without reminding her. We travelled as an unmarried couple, didn't make us uncomfortable at all. 2. The price. Even though the guest house is located in the centre of the city from where most attractions are walkable, it's one of the cheapest. We paid 600 per day for two adults.

The room was kept a little unclean. There were little dirt bits here and there but it was not a big deal breaker. Hot water was not available but we could manage.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and spacious, with a great view but the experience was made best by the host, Vicky. He was amazing! Whenever I needed something, he could help, and he anticipated what I might need before I even mentioned it sometimes. I could not ask for a better hotel. It has been the best I've experienced in India or anywhere!

one of the best value for money accomodations that i have been to. the room size is decent and the setup is cozy. the bathroom was small in size but was very clean and well maintained. I have before paid more to stay in rooms half not as good as this. for the price i paid, it was a very good steal. also it is located inside the old city, conveniently near to the main attractions like city palace, jagadish temple, bagore ki haveli, gangour ghat and ambrai ghat (walking distance)

Very convenient location. All attractions are nearby. There are also delicious and inexpensive cafes nearby. A very hospitable family lives in this house and receives guests. All rooms are clean, there is Wi-Fi everywhere. There is a relaxation area on the rooftop and you can see the lake.

There was no trash can in my room, and I also expected single-use soap and shampoo. But these are minor things.

The location is great! We really enjoyed our time in Udaipur and stayed 9 nights instead of 3 like our original plan! The Guesthouse is very nice and the room was simple and clean with a nice view! The rooftop is great for enjoying the sunset! Viki, the manager was so lovely and helpful and made our time there extra special!

The location is amazing.. right next to market and lake pichola.. plenty of places to walk around and eat.. host vicky is very nice, friendly and helpful. clean property with a great and peaceful view from terrace. would recommend to people looking for budget quiet and lovely stay :)

The location is perfect with loads of attractions just a short walk away. The room was great, very clean with all the amenities you would need. The manager Vik was amazing, such a lovely chill person, he is really helpful and sorted some things we needed help with. He’s a very genuine person and was such a wonderful start to our time in Udaipur

first of all if you want to explore all places in your itinerary, and also want kind and genuine manager so this place is for you. Every place is under 500 meters just walking distance. Perfect location for travellers also charge very less money . I save so much money on accomodation. And also really helpful and Jolly manager. Rooms are nice and clean, Huge bathrooms. Place is like actual haveli ! Some rooms are old (nice & clean) so if you want vintage Vibes you can take those. Restaurants are also in walking distance so don't worry. So this place good to stay.
