Overall, the Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. 10/10 Cleanliness. Swimming pool is awesome, long, deep and with a stunning view. Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful paradise. Nearby snorkelling is incredible. Restaurant food was delicious, and good value.

We just had a 1 negative. We booked a jungle trek in the National Park, it cost a lot of money and was extremely disappointing. It cost 1.8m, and we didn't even feel like we were in the national park. It felt like we'd been taken in some random woods. We we saw pretty much no animals. We complained. The staff at the resort were super helpful, but the manager of the activities showed terribly customer service. Didn't even apologise, and offered us an insulting 10% discount. We highly recommend the resort, but we do NOT recommend the Jungle Trek. Avoid. We wish they had reviews online of their activities, that would be super helpful to guests. Also, beware, everything at the resort is overpriced. For example; a taxi from the hotel to Airport is double the cost of booking.com

The service, the tents, the pool and especially the beach we're great. No complaints there.

The problem are the prices. And I don't even mean the room prices but everything that is not included. The activities, the restaurant and even the transport they offer is seriously overpriced. You are far away from everything and they know that. For example for our transport from Gilimanuk harbour they wanted triple the money than what we payed with an external driver. Not ok!

We really enjoyed this hotel and especially the peaceful and calm environment (you can hear birds from your bed which is very nice, you hear beach waves and birds if you do a massage), the staff (truly amazing, nice and respectful!), the food (breakfast includes eggs meal or traditional indonesian meal, hot and cold beverages and a « healthy » meal) and the wine. The « tent » atmosphere is also quite nice and makes you feel at the end of the world.

The only bad points are: - the bathroom as toilets are not separated from the bedroom and the shower is quiet tiny; - the price of the activities which are similar to European prices and thus too expensive for bali (more than 60€/person for snorkelling). don’t forget to bring earplugs and eye mask as you will stay in a luxurious tent, but still a tent without real walls!!

We were lodged in what looked like tents, but feel like ready nice rooms. The setting is superb, beautiful dining area, swimming pool, etc. We did some activities, diving and snorkelling, both, though expensive, great. Omelette and scrambled eggs were great.

Down side the toilet is in the tent, clean little privacy, but still not our thing. We saw bigger tents, with en-suite, maybe there it is different. Breakfast is menu served, but an everywhere, toast’s not hot, things come pretty slow. Evening restaurant is ok, but not the level of a 5 star. We’re not in the city so we can go nowhere else, for me a reason not to stay long, or even go back. Wine, there was only one fair priced wine on the list, after 4 bottels, it was out of stock, .. should not be. So if the restaurant improves, I would go back, if not I had a great stay, but would look elsewhere The horses riding, was on big pony,s, we would not do it again, because it was for beginners. No trot, no gallop, etc.

The water that was available to fill our containers did not taste good therefore was difficult to drink. We used our own water containers because the ones that were provided didn't smell clean. We thought the cost to rent the kayak and paddle board was way overpriced and thought that these should be made available for free. (In Bali motorised scooters are available to rent for $13 a day and the kayak was $20 for one hour :-( way too much!!!

The toilet isn't covered well. So when someone is using the toilet, the room would be filled with smell.

The facilities are amazing if you want to spend some days just chilling next to the pool or the beach. The restaurant have good food as well, and the breakfast is great. I liked the fact that they have a gym :)

The services that they offer (snorkling, etc ) can be quite expensive. The tent was quite noisy during windy nights. We rented a motorcicle and went around , but there's not much to see in this area. So I highly recommend this place in case you just want to spend some days ''doing nothing'' .

Was beyond our expectations. Enjoyed so much we have already booked another stay. Staff are Beautiful.

Amazing location, quiet, beautiful & serene Staff were friendly, helpful and kind Facilities (gym, pool) were good The Spa was great, amazing views of the bay whilst getting pampered Tours were amazing, we did snorkling around Menjangan island and it was amazing. The water had great visibility. We were lucky enough to see a few turtles. Good transfer services that is failrly priced.

Not much to complain about - we were really happy with everything at Menjangan Dynasty Food choices was ok for vegan, not too many options Not a complaint, but its a long drive from Denpasaar +-4.5hrs
