Fantastic location, couldn't be better. Snorkeling spot with turtles in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, 10/10. The villa was spacious and clean with a wonderful seaview. Restaurant was also good (perhaps not the best price/quality ratio if compared to other options), and we loved the smoothies by the pool side. Overall a great price/quality option!!

Just a suggestion. Considering the "open space" in the room bathroom and limitations to throw toilet paper (understandable in a remote island), we'd suggest to place some candle or scent to make it more comfy (we saw this solution in other resorts in Bali).

This is a lovely hotel in a very quiet area, the private beach is so good. We saw turtles just off the shore, only guests from the hotel are swimming here so you are actually able to relax in the sea (this isn't the same around the whole island). The staff here are really kind and always offering to help.

The bathrooms in the standard rooms definitely need updating, they are a basic shower block with concrete flooring. Also there is no door to separate the toilet and bedroom (only a curtain). This is the only let down to the hotel, which is unfortunate as the rest of our stay was perfect!

The common areas of the hotel are awesome. We walked all around the island, and the beach at the front is the best on the island. The swimming pool was usually really well looked after.

The toilet of the room definitely needed a renovation. It's such a great hotel to have rooms with that kind of toilet. We knew on the island that they had trouble with the water, but one night they just ran out of water and we had to wait to take a decent shower. For this level, that's in a way unacceptable even though the island in general is complicated.

Our little beachfront bungalow was really lovely, with a very spacious bathroom and dressing area. Amazing views of the beach and sea. The beach is gorgeous with great snorkelling of the coral garden nearby. We saw so many turtles! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, but also loved walking along the beach to find lots of lovely little warungs too. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Good beds, clean rooms, hot water, beautiful beach, lots of comfortable loungers. We ate at the restaurant and it was great food. Also close to other restaurants and an easy walk to anywhere on the island including the lake. Best snorkel spot too.

Was better when they played quieter music - essential if this is to be a romantic resort aimed at couples. The place then transformed into the most magical and relaxing place on the island.

Ignore the negative comments about this property. The location is stunning, beach-fronted with amazing staff who are working around the clock to provide a 5star service whilst carrying out improvement and maintenance the facility. the pool is very clean, the private beach area is probably the cleanest and nicest beach area on the islands and the food is good. The breakfast (considering it’s included) is of good quality. If you’re here looking for a western breakfast and moaning because you cannot find all elements of it, you’re probably holidaying in the wrong country. Before straying here I read negative reviews about the quality of the facility, it’s not a 5 star Dubai resort and doesn’t try to be, the people moaning about this need to appreciate the size and infrastructure of the island and notice compared to he rest of the island it is very good quality. I found it to be very good, clean and of a high standard. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would stay here again.

Simply thank you for these three wonderful days!!! As soon as we arrived, we were immediately welcomed by the hotel staff, who helped us unpack our backpacks and offered us a refreshing drink. Everything in the hotel is designed to keep us moving, and the food is excellent. Thank you to all the staff for making these three days magnificent!! Kévin and Maëva.

I booked it at the last minute not expecting much. But it was so lovely. The staff were so friendly. The beach was beautiful. The food and service were great. I was sad to leave after 3 days due to them having no availability. I’ll definitely go back for a week next time. And I highly recommend the pool villa. Heavenly!

We had a great time at Seri Resort. The location is great, the staff is really kind and friendly, and maybe the best resort in Gili Meno.

Perhaps the bathrooms can be nicer. The sea in front of the resort has a lot of sharp stones under water that may hurt your feet. So, definitely have sea shoes with you.
