The staffs are nice and very helpful, the room are nice and clean, the pool so big and the water is warm in the evening

The closet doesn’t have jet spray, it’s very disturbing for Indonesians

Staff were awesome! A big thank you to Rozie, you are amazing, so incredibly helpful! The Private Villa was so lovely, really cozy bed with a mosquito net. The outdoor chairs were also really comfortable and the plunge pool was lovely, think it was saltwater too! The breakfast was delicious. Close to a few really amazing local Warungs. Very quiet and peaceful. Refillable drinking water too.

Would love to see reusable straws in the restaurant! Next time we would probably choose their beachside property instead. This location isn’t bad as the island is so small but it is a bit of a walk to most things.

Villa Ottalia was its own little oasis, with lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. The restaurant onsite was great, we had several meals and drinks there and all were made with love. The pool was a great size and nice and clean and there were plenty of loungers to sit on. The rooms were well equipped with a kettle/fridge good air con . Wifi also worked well and free water refills were nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and could completely relax

The rooms were a little on the small side but well organised, a suitcase rack would be good to put luggage on. We didn't have hot water in either of the rooms [but not sure if it was meant to} we weren't bothered as fine with a cold shower. It is a little way from the beach, which also wouldn't have bothered us except it did say '20 meters to be able to crash on a white sandy beach' in the description on booking.com . I think they mean 20 metres to the pool.

Very friendly staff, they show you all the main attractions and points of interest on a map, the villa with private pool is great! The accomodation offers yoga classes, diving tours and helps you organize tranposrt to/from the harbour. They promote sustainability and give you unlimited drinkable water to refill your bottle. Nice atmosphere

It’s not their fault, but if you come to gili meno keep in mind the water supply might be suspended and therefore you’ll have salty water in the shower. On the other hand, the staff provides you with a big bucket of fresh water to rinse the salty one. Although it’s not bad, the restaurant is perhaps out least favourite thing at the accomodation, with food not being of the best quality. It does not make you sick or anything but the quality was rather average. But the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly. And they have lovely cats running around.

I just spent 2 nights at Les Villas Ottalia but wished it was longer. From the entrance the place is well maintained & very clean. Staff were welcoming & eager to help. The villa was very cute, pretty, had everything I needed ( security safe, fridge, kettle, air con, luxurious bed/bedding & one of the nicest hot water/ powerful showers I have come across in 3.5 months travelling. It was a pleasure to dip inn& out if the clean pool after a morning or two in the beach. A very memorable stay. Great breakfast & good airflow throughout the rooms.

On my arrival day the music from the restaurant was a touch loud so I could not read, but it was quickly turned down.

The location is very close to multiple beaches and very easy to access from the harbor. The bungalow itself was very quaint, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was very standard, nothing special, the cooks were very kind and the pool area was beautiful. The bike rental was cheap and easy to access.

We went to the reception 3 times and not once was anyone there. Every single time, we had to go to a cook for them to contact someone to come see us despite our arrival time and our checkout time having been communicated multiple days prior. Additionally when we checked out we asked them to keep our bags until we had to leave the island, they told us they would put them somewhere safe, and I asked if someone would be at the reception with the bags at all times, as they had our passports in them, and they told us yes. When we returned to retrieve our bags, our bags were left in the middle of the reception, with no staff to be seen anywhere.

Beautiful private resort. We stayed in a villa with a private plunge pool which was amazing. The villa had air-conditioning and insect screen netting over bed. The staff were wonderful and offered excellent service. The resort is just a short 5 minute stroll to the beach and restaurants and you could snorkelling straight from beach over a beautiful coral reef complete with sea turtles. The breakfast and food at the resort was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning again for another serene relaxing stay in paradise.

The resort only has salt water showers but provides (in each room) a fresh water tub for washing. It's a bit old fashion but not too much of a 'put out'. The beds are on the firm side but still comfortable enough for a decent night sleep. The massage room is behind reception so is noisy from people coming and going as well as construction noise from the adjoining property which made it very hard to relax and enjoy the massage. However the masseuse was excellent.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. After two weeks of traveling, Gili Meno was a real favorite. The hotel is a true haven of peace, and we’re finding it hard to leave. The staff is so kind and caring. The chefs, bartender, housekeeping team, and receptionists are truly wonderful people—always smiling and incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for this beautiful moment of rest, kindness, and peace. A special mention to Rita and Putu, who are truly amazing people and very professional. We will be back next year! T&M

We loved Les Villas Ottalia. The villas are in a beautiful tranquil setting in the centre of the island. It is a little oasis of calm, off the beaten track - the only noise is the odd cockerel and the sound of the call to prayer which you can hear all across Meno. The villas are simple but well appointed with air con, a fridge and the pool is clean and big and we often had it to ourselves. I did yoga in the morning which was fabulous and the staff organised snorkelling, fishing and horse riding for my children. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so friendly. Children are welcomed and the staff took the time to learn their names and engage with them. If you want to stay in a beautiful tranquil place in keeping with the island this place is for you. The banana pancakes for breakfast are also pretty good…!

Friendly staff, beautiful pool (although salty water), good variety for breakfast. Very nice meal options for dinner and also evening bbq was spot on!

Unfortunately while booking the hotel, nowhere on booking.com it said that there's no fresh running water - I only found out after checking up hotel's website. We've survived with no problem, as the hotel provided us with a big bucket of water, but I'm not gonna lie - after couple of days it's becoming unconvienient. The room is not very spacious and could be slightly better isolated as even with running air con, it felt like the hot air is still managing its way inside :)
