The staffs are nice and very helpful, the room are nice and clean, the pool so big and the water is warm in the evening

The closet doesn’t have jet spray, it’s very disturbing for Indonesians

Staff were awesome! A big thank you to Rozie, you are amazing, so incredibly helpful! The Private Villa was so lovely, really cozy bed with a mosquito net. The outdoor chairs were also really comfortable and the plunge pool was lovely, think it was saltwater too! The breakfast was delicious. Close to a few really amazing local Warungs. Very quiet and peaceful. Refillable drinking water too.

Would love to see reusable straws in the restaurant! Next time we would probably choose their beachside property instead. This location isn’t bad as the island is so small but it is a bit of a walk to most things.

We spent 6 unforgettable days at Les Villas Ottalia for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to relax and disconnect. Our villa was just perfect — well-equipped with everything we needed, and the private pool was absolutely amazing: clean, well-maintained and the ideal spot to unwind. Every day, housekeeping left us two bottles of mineral water in the room, and there’s also a water dispenser near the restaurant where you can refill your bottles anytime — a great sustainable touch. We were truly impressed by the kindness and warmth of all the staff: from the cooks to the housekeeping team, and everyone who served us during breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were all incredibly friendly and attentive. On Saturday night we enjoyed a dinner with live music of exceptional quality — a beautiful memory we’ll always carry with us. The food is excellent and varied, with plenty of delicious options throughout the day. While the location is a bit tucked away from the beach, it’s perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Plus, the front desk can help you rent bikes from local businesses — which we really appreciated as a way to support the island community. ❤️ In short, we had a wonderful experience and totally recommend Les Villas Ottalia for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and heartfelt service.

The villa is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a wonderful island. It’s very comfortable, with a lovely and deep pool (kids loved it), fantastic meals and very nice but basic rooms. The staff were wonderful. At the time, meno had no flowing water and the effort by all the places to truck/horse it in so that guests always have fresh water and showers is just exceptional. Well done. It’s less than 5 mins walk to stunning beaches in the middle of the island. But if you want to get around the island easier; just rent a bike for AUD$5 per day or less for longer.

Nothing really. If I had to nominate anything I’d say breakfast could be a little better (eggs, toast, cold coffee etc) but it’s honestly a minor point and didn’t impact us.

I’m a yoga teacher so I loved having the opportunity to practice during our stay and be guided- it felt like a real treat. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from basically everything you need on the island and only 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach where we snorkelled and saw sea turtles. But mostly it was the perfect place to relax after the chaos of ubud! The staff are so attentive and caring, especially when my husband felt a bit under the weather on our first day on Gili M. We felt very looked after. The food was really tasty and great value for money- my husband highly recommends the BBQ which I as a veggie couldn’t have- but there were plenty of options for me too! The breakfast options were perfect for us as well. Our room itself was comfortable with air con and the mosquito net particularly handy. The private pool was a lovely honeymoon treat and they keep it very clean fishing out the petals every morning. They kindly ask you to be careful with your fresh water consumption in the shower due to supply on the island but in our opinion this is a small price to pay for a few days in paradise! Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough and we will be telling all our friends who visit the Gilis to stay here!

The only thing that would’ve made our stay better is a shower facility for after we had checked out of our room. As we had to hang around for a few hours before the boat back to Bali and wanted to use the pool etc.

We chose a Villa with private Pool and were very happy with our choice as it offered great privacy. The hotel is very beautiful and so is the big Central Pool. Facing the Pool is the Restaurant that offers a great breakfast as well as delicious Dinners. We went to several of the barbecue evening where you can have a freshly caught Grilled Fish or lobster amongst other. The Island is very walkable but you can also rent a bike at the hotel which is a great Option to Explore the Island. The staff is incredibly Sweet and accomodating. We had a great stay and would love to come again in the Future.

Villa Ottalia was its own little oasis, with lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. The restaurant onsite was great, we had several meals and drinks there and all were made with love. The pool was a great size and nice and clean and there were plenty of loungers to sit on. The rooms were well equipped with a kettle/fridge good air con . Wifi also worked well and free water refills were nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and could completely relax

The rooms were a little on the small side but well organised, a suitcase rack would be good to put luggage on. We didn't have hot water in either of the rooms [but not sure if it was meant to} we weren't bothered as fine with a cold shower. It is a little way from the beach, which also wouldn't have bothered us except it did say '20 meters to be able to crash on a white sandy beach' in the description on booking.com . I think they mean 20 metres to the pool.

Very friendly staff, they show you all the main attractions and points of interest on a map, the villa with private pool is great! The accomodation offers yoga classes, diving tours and helps you organize tranposrt to/from the harbour. They promote sustainability and give you unlimited drinkable water to refill your bottle. Nice atmosphere

It’s not their fault, but if you come to gili meno keep in mind the water supply might be suspended and therefore you’ll have salty water in the shower. On the other hand, the staff provides you with a big bucket of fresh water to rinse the salty one. Although it’s not bad, the restaurant is perhaps out least favourite thing at the accomodation, with food not being of the best quality. It does not make you sick or anything but the quality was rather average. But the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly. And they have lovely cats running around.

I just spent 2 nights at Les Villas Ottalia but wished it was longer. From the entrance the place is well maintained & very clean. Staff were welcoming & eager to help. The villa was very cute, pretty, had everything I needed ( security safe, fridge, kettle, air con, luxurious bed/bedding & one of the nicest hot water/ powerful showers I have come across in 3.5 months travelling. It was a pleasure to dip inn& out if the clean pool after a morning or two in the beach. A very memorable stay. Great breakfast & good airflow throughout the rooms.

On my arrival day the music from the restaurant was a touch loud so I could not read, but it was quickly turned down.

The location is very close to multiple beaches and very easy to access from the harbor. The bungalow itself was very quaint, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was very standard, nothing special, the cooks were very kind and the pool area was beautiful. The bike rental was cheap and easy to access.

We went to the reception 3 times and not once was anyone there. Every single time, we had to go to a cook for them to contact someone to come see us despite our arrival time and our checkout time having been communicated multiple days prior. Additionally when we checked out we asked them to keep our bags until we had to leave the island, they told us they would put them somewhere safe, and I asked if someone would be at the reception with the bags at all times, as they had our passports in them, and they told us yes. When we returned to retrieve our bags, our bags were left in the middle of the reception, with no staff to be seen anywhere.
