Everything was amazing. Staff were incredible. We had a private dinner one night in front of the pool which was exceptional. The cinema room is great for the kids. Breakfast comes from the restaurant next door so equally would be nice to have the full choice of breakfast from there.

It was a shame the pool was not in use really while there. The pool guy was not around and no clean water had gone into the pool and it looked a little stagnant- no filtration. Same with the restaurant pool.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay on Gilli Meno. An experience that I’ll truly never forget. The villas are gorgeous— big spacious rooms, well designed with a sort of subtle luxury that stays true the spirit of the island and let’s you feel comfortable and relaxed as you enjoy the ocean breeze. Also well equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. While the villa was great, it was really the staff that made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived they were so kind, friendly and pleasantly attentive. Always going above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home. Since it was a special occasion for us, they prepared a beachside horse ride followed by a romantic sunset dinner by the beach. Surrounded by candles and lanterns as we enjoyed, what has to be, the best food on Gili meno. The chef was a wonderfully pleasant lady who besides making the best rendang I’ve had in my life, was also great to chat with as she got to know us and are food preferences. All around 10 out of 10. I hope one day I am lucky enough to come back here!

The hotel enjoys an excellent location and is conveniently close to some trendy beach clubs on the island - Rooms: The rooms are generously spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with efficient air conditioning. However, it's worth noting that the towel supply in the rooms is somewhat limited. On a positive note, the traditional slippers provided were a delightful touch - Services: The property itself is impressive, offering a cinema room with Netflix access (also available in the rooms), a billiards area, and the option to dine by the seaside when weather permits, or by the pool. The hotel provides a range of services, including island transfers, sunset horseback rides, massages, and snorkeling trips. We utilized the transfer service for both Gili Air to Gili Meno and Gili Meno to Gili Trawangan. However, be prepared for potential delays, as we experienced a significant one-hour wait at Gili Meno. Additionally, we tried the sunset horseback ride, which unfortunately was disappointing due to the condition of one of the horses and a lack of safety equipment. It's not recommended for beginners or those accustomed to riding in controlled and secure environments. - Dining: The quality of the food is exceptional, although the portion sizes might leave something to be desired, especially when considered in relation to the pricing - Price: When it comes to pricing, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's a five-star property with a truly perfect price-to-quality ratio - Special Mention: Naeni, the hotel manager, deserves special recognition for her exceptional friendliness, responsiveness, and care.

The main drawbacks were limited towel supply in rooms and the small portion sizes in dining relative to the pricing. Additionally, while the hotel offers a variety of services, like island transfers and horseback rides, we encountered delays and safety concerns in some instances, so it's wise to be cautious when booking these activities In conclusion, considering the positives and negatives described, my rate to Hotel Villa Pulau Cinta is a solid 8 out of 10. It is an exquisite choice for travelers seeking a serene, boutique experience on Gili Meno. The exceptional value for money and Naeni's exceptional hospitality outweigh the minor inconveniences, making it a top contender for your island getaway

Beautiful villa-type hotel. Very comfortable and large rooms, with an open ‘social’ area, beach-facing terrace and swimming pool. The hotel staff were exceptional, making the utmost to make you feel at home and cater to your every request. Hotel manager was also very helpful to arrange private transfer from the island from the boat service which leaves you in Gili Trawangan. The food is delicious and feels like it’s home-cooked, and it really feels like a villa kitchen where they’ll prepare pretty much whatever you want even if it’s not in the menu. Our room was very large and comfortable, very tastefully decorated. We’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable holiday in Gili.

Only downside is that there’s a beachside restaurant next door whose music can sometimes be a bit loud, although it was a very minor thing as you can still enjoy the terrace without nuisance. Also, the beach in front of the hotel is a coral reef and too shallow to swim in during low tide, although there are hotel bikes you can cycle on to the east side of the island in 5-10mins to a beach where you can swim in high or low tide.

Location Primo! Best spot on the island for everything! It was like staying in our own private home. Staff and amenities superb. Absolutely idyllic. This is what you dream of finding. Ocean and pool in the same photo shoot. Resident turtles! 12/10!! 😍

Nothing. But … Fast boat to get there, not so fast and not so great, and negotiating the ports bit of an ordeal.

Directly on the beach. Location remote and clean. Direct boat pick up outside villa for turtle tour. Good value for money and breakfast really nice.

Smell of sewerage in the bathroom of the villa. No direct food on site and restaurant next door. Restaurant next door very average and nowhere else to go.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was so stylish and clean. The staff were exceptional they couldn’t do enough for us. As it helped us book transport and trips, the food was delicious - a real highlight. Eda made the freshest, delicious food - we ate in every night and it was incredible. Max amd Rissman made us wonderful fresh juices and cocktails. The staff made this place excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay which we will never forget.

We loved the rooms, their decoration, the comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings, seeing the beach right from the room. The staff was so, so kind and always helpful. We had movie nights, very delicious breakfast, and a perfect snorkel location right in front of the hotel.

The food and staff were incredible. They arranged fantastic snorkelling trips, sunset horse riding, beach massages, beach BBQ's. Ida the chief can make you anything and everything all to and incredibly high standard - we will be going back again very soon.

The only thing that is a little hard to deal with is the lack of water for the shower but this is due to the island not the villa.

Very good location, great spot for snorkling and sunset. Very nice and welcoming staff, good food and amenities (swimming pool, playing pool, cinema). Amazing emerald suite, big and very well decorated. Loved the slippers, the beach bag and the bathrobe.

We know the island problem with water, but we suggest to impelement a filtration system so the water does not come out as “yellow”, from the sink or the shower (unacceptable for a boutique hotel)
