We loved the stay, it was a very nice and friendly atmosphere where all the staff were super welcoming and accomodating. We were a family of 8 and we had 2 rooms that were nice and clean and comfortable.

The only thing I can comment on is we would have liked the breakfast buffet to have more variety of western food other than that, it was great

We really liked the staff helpfulness and they were always really friendly. We had no issues with check in and also booked the airport transfers. This hotel is good value for money. The facility up keep is well maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily and the family suite is quite spacious. The pool area was well maintained, always clean. The location of the hotel is good, away from the hustle and bustle of kuta center but centrally located for you to reach Ubud, Seminyak and Uluwatu. The hotel is also halal, so Muslims don't have to worry about what we eat. Grab, the Uber application, was easily accessible and fast. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

We did not like the monotony of the breakfast, it was the same everyday. There was no cheese for the croissants, and the butter was always hard. The coffee was not good, coffee lovers may need a stronger brew. The breakfast facility was too small for the number of people that the hotel can accommodate. However, the staff always made a plan.

The rooms had enough space for the kids to not be on top of each other all the time. Pool was pretty good.

Kids Corner, not very good at all. Not much for the kids to do outside the pool, so meant that had to take them out each day. The Buffet breakfast not western friendly which isn’t great for kids that won’t eat local food, so meant we had to order in breakfast every day (even though I paid for the buffet)

It's a lovely local hotel. It was very very busy and full of groups in and out for conventions. We stayed reception side it was nice quiet with a view of the pool.

Part of our group stayed in the buildings away from reception and had some very rowdy people in rooms around them playing knock and run and parties all night .Not a place for family's with young children.

I like everything about Harris hotel which has many facilities such as swimming pool, gym, unbelievable buffet for breakfast, restaurant from morning to 10:00 p.m , beautiful lobby, , amazing space yard, comfortable bed, cleaning room everyday with including water, tea, and coffee in the room. By the way, Harris hotel has kind and wonderful staff and I said hey and thanks to them due to their services and great dealing. Definitely, if I come back to Bali I will go to Harris hotel in Sunset Road.

Air conditioning was always super cold. Staff were friendly. Super pool. Breakfast was fabulous and changed a bit each day which was great. Towels were provided for the pool if you asked. Shuttle to the beach was good. Bottled water every day.

Everything was a bit old.. a bit dirty from being old... It's kind of standard in the tropical climate I think. Also my bedside table was just a glass stuck in the wall. Not stable/strong.. but it did work. Just couldn't take a lot of weight. Nit picking really.

We had a jacuzzi in the room. Access to a nearby gym. Just very good value for your money in general.

The pool isn’t that nice. It was quite cold, in the shade for most of the day, and there was a building site right next to it which was disturbing.

Wonderful hotel with all the facilities you need. The bed was so comfy, you don't have to think twice to book this hotel. It is one of the best

Very nice long swimming pool. Good breakfast with variety. Not at the main road, but still close to the center. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

The room is not as what I have expected from a 4-star hotel.

staff and their hospitality is beyond amazing… room were cleaned everyday even days we forgot to put for cleaning. we stayed for 9 nights and we can’t complain about anything. Everyday Breakfast was amazing also the staff in cafe very so observant for our needs and were attentive all the time.

near playground of kids it stinks a bit due to drainage but that’s only of kids got time off swimming pool and go to play only then.
