Location - it is on beach front - which is great. Water sports offered close by. Also near Lagoi Bay Lake - which is a lovely lake which we walked around but very hot any time of day. Room was perfectly kept. Pool could do with some maintenance and was always warm...maybe a little too warm. Restaurant was very slow - took an hour to get our evening meal - which is way too long. Did offer a fruit platter after complaining. Air con was great in room. Staff were so friendly and went over backwards to ensure everything was OK...which it was. Near Lagoi Plaza - which is almost a ghost town. There is really on the Yeah Mart (which has basic stocks), the Warung Yeah cafe - which is cheap and great food, Mama B coffee (best coffee ever and fruit tarts) and a gelato shop. One seafood restaurant and few food stalls which appear only to open on weekend. So basically nothing to do other than organise a tour or chill out. Breakfast had a great range - asian and western foods.

Pool was overly warm

The service is exceptional. Siska made us feel so at home and remembered our group and room number every morning at breakfast, which was so welcoming and warm. Rio from housekeeping was so friendly and pleasant and folded some super cute towel animals for the kids. The building is beautiful, very new and luxe looking. Lovely decorative touches everywhere. Also an abundance of plants and flowers. A real treat for the eyes. The pools were shallow, so be prepared for more of a casual wading experience - perfect for my kids! A short walk from Warung Yeah - an alternative to hotel food 3 meals a day. An easy drive from the ferry terminal with complimentary drop off and pick up. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Easy drop off and pickup for other activities on the island - no taxi monopoly, Central location The spa was lovely as well

The breakfast buffet was an awesome spread but some of the items tasted a little stale. Would be great to have buffet options for lunch/dinner or some kind of dining credits system. The kids club was unmanned most of the time though I think this will change as the hotel continues to open up. No shade for the pool loungers Consider adding a hammock or swing by the beach for a better experience? No seats or loungers by the beach

The hotel provided a pick up and drop off service to the ferry terminal. Arriving at the hotel, we had a welcome dance from the staff and healthy welcome drink (Ginger sweet Tea). Special shout out to Dika and Siska from Rempah Kitchen. They were very attentive and courteous to all our needs during our stay. Stunning beach with a great view of the sunset. It was very calming and relaxing. Good for family stay and definitely recommend for those who just want to be away from the city and relax. We stayed at the Cabana room and we had a great view of the beach. I would like to thank Guest Relation officers Jessica and Dian for the complimentary birthday slice cake. Both ladies were very polite and friendly and gave my 2 kids a handmade bracelet as a remembrance. From the front desk, housekeeping and F&B, the team were very friendly and committed to provide a seamless and memorable experience. We will definitely come back again.

the hotel is relatively new, the beach is nice for kids to play around.

nearby beach is NOT safe. when I tried to walk along the nice beach, there were about 10 wild dogs rushed out from the jungle and tried to attack me. Luckily I have experience to deal with this situation. It will be a serious case if a woman or kids are under such situation. hotel management need to take care the hotels and also need to take note of surrounding areas. Proper sign board need to be there to give warning to the guests.

We had a fabulous stay. Location was perfect, the staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Overall the hotel was perfect for a quick restful getaway.

The breakfast buffet lacked healthy food options. Not enough choices of fruits or crudites and no other light/healthy options like yogurt, muesli or some kind of light bread spread. There wasn't enough shade around the pool (no parasol/umbrella available and no areas otherwise protected from the sun) which meant that we couldn't enjoy the pools and surrounding areas from late morning to late afternoon as the sun is quite strong.

New, modern, hotel (2024). Superb location right next to Lagoi beach. 3 large pools and a beach club at the back with access into Lagoi beach. Good room with sufficient towels and accessories for the beach. Lagoi Plaza (which was largely deserted) is 250 meter walk. But there are two good local eateries on the way.

Great facilities - we enjoyed the pool and having drinks at the Lagoi Bar. Easy access to the beach was good too, with a short walk to hire kayaks and to the Plaza shopping centre.

The dinner on our last night there (Wed 13th) wasn't up to scratch. One of us had the Australian beef and the meat was very tough. The staff did swap it for another meal at no charge, but by the time that arrived I had nearly finished my meal, which is not ideal. Also, one of the waiters dropped a dish with sauce on it. He apologised but didn't come back to clean up and no-one else did either. We had to ask someone to clean the floor beside us.

My husband & myself booked the Ocean View Room for 2 nights. They have a free pick up & drop off to the ferry. It was a 5 star hotel experience, from the time that we reached till our last day in the hotel. We were greeted with a super friendly staff (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was so friendly) she offered us a complimentary cake & drink while we waited to be checked in. The hotel was beautifully designed, rooms were extremely clean, great clean swimming pool, great restaurants & bar. Location is perfect, near to the beach & tourist areas. We used the hotel’s E Bike to explore around the resort, the rental of the bikes are super affordable. Definitely returning back to this hotel with our family. I would like to mention, I’m impressed by their customer service. It is beyond excellent! Each and every staff that we met, was extremely polite, friendly & attentive. They listen to all your requests and ensure your requests are attended to & on time. I might not have all their names but would like to thank each and every one of them. Thank you Manager Ditto & Jersica, Chef Joe, Rita, Rifai, Leni, Icha, Febri,Dona, Fatah, Hicho, Putra, Siska, Puspa, Nico, Delisa. All the staff have done beyond excellence & they deserve good appreciation. Thank you team, for making this stay a memorable one!

The staff were warm, attentive and excellent. They genuinely wanted to make the guests happy and well catered for. The resort setting is wonderful. We were initially at 2 garden facing interconnecting rooms. But we immediately upgraded to 2 pool/beach facing rooms and it was the best decision ever. It was worth every penny spent on the upgrade as we could enjoy sunrise/sunset and the vibes of the surrounding from our balcony for all the 5 days we were there. Loved the architecture, interior designs, swimming pool planning and the overall design of the hotel. The staff took good care of the pools and the surrounding exterior facilities. The food at Rempah kitchen was excellent. We loved the cocktails at the El Lagoi Beachclub and also the Ararinda lounge. All the restaurants in the hotel were receiving overwhelming amounts of orders for the weekend though. For us, the weekday traffic was the best.

Perhaps, a little more care in keeping the facility a bit cleaner will help to preserve the facility longer. The first thing I noticed when we arrived at the hotel and waiting for the check-in to be done, the cushion covers in the sofas of the waiting area (facing the pool/beach) had mould. Also, 2 of the dressing gowns provided in our rooms had stains (one had a big make-up foundation smear in the inner sleeve and the other had mud) that clearly showed that they were not washed prior to our arrival. Bed linen had stains that should have been removed with bleach. Since the staff and the service was excellent, we did not make a fuss about these when we were at the property. But these could be improved upon for a better experience for the guests.

Our 2-night stay at the 4 Points Sheraton was excellent and very relaxing. The shuttle bus from the ferry terminal was easy and communication by the staff was clear. We arrived at peak check-in time and unfortunately our room was not ready. Due to some issues, it took 90 minutes for our room to be ready, however the staff were exceptional and very apologetic. They gave us a free dinner at the restaurant, delivered fresh fruit and rinks to our room, and then provided a complementary upgrade to a villa for our 2nd night. The room was fantastic - spacious, well appointed and a great ocean view, however the villa was absolutely amazing. It was the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. The private pool and outdoor furniture was great and the room was huge. Certainly the largest bathroom we had ever seen with indoor and outdoor showers. Staff at the spa were professional and of very high standard. Breakfast at the restaurant was plentiful and great local and western selections. Dinner was also great. We tried only Indonesian specialties such as Pulai Gakis, with Djamu to drink. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very keen to talk about the local fare. Check out was easy and the shuttle back to the ferry ran on time and maximised our time at the hotel. The staff were all fabulous. Very special mention to Gede for his exceptional service, Viona at check-in and Dona in the Restaurant were amazing too. We will certainly return.

The hotel was near-perfect, but be aware that the available shops in the adjacent Lagoi Plaza are limited. Great for a short stay but you may struggle to be occupied for a long stay as there are limited food and entertainment options close by.
