The resort has great facilities for families — the gym is well equipped, and the kids club is a big plus. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for those traveling with young children. best thing is that kids eat for free in the restuarant which I appreciate a lot especially when my kids eat super little, getting them a full meal doesnt make sense but the free meals for kids are very thoughtful.

Breakfast service needs improvement – I had to place my coffee order twice, and even then it arrived incorrectly. Staff seemed inattentive and not responsive to guest requests. Outdoor kids' water playground was disappointing – The water was clearly unclean, with visible residue and murkiness. It’s a great setup for toddlers, but due to hygiene concerns, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my 3-year-old play there for long.

Good was great, kids buffet was pathetic to be honest. So kids eat for free, but the selection for the kids is lousy

The kids club needs more attentive staff, especially for kids who are alone and parents have dropped them off there. I noticed the staff were chatting among themselves at the front desk and did not bother to check on the kids in the rooms. Also, you should have lifeguards stationed at the pools as there are many kids swimming. You should also have designated cycling paths and remind cyclists to observe slow speeds as I noticed some parents cycling around corners at top speed, with many small kids running around, this is an accident waiting to happen

Our child has food allergies. The staff were so accommodating to ensure that special meals were prepared for her. We really appreciated that. We were also able to walk over to Indigo next door to have lunch. The Indonesian food overall was delicious. Children had a wonderful time exploring the beach.

It's very expensive for the few nights we were there. I was also disappointed that the intercontinental seafood dinner the second night was not as good as the first night's Indonesian fare. Quite a marked difference in the quality of the food.

Beautiful resort with spacious room and a huge swimming pool. Staff is the very best I have ever experienced. So helpful and polite. Everything is new and the entertainment includes Netflix as well. WiFi is great too. Beach is great with the softest sand I have ever seen.

The only thing which needs strong improvement is the dining area. There is only 1 restaurant available and the food selection is very minimal and unfortunately also totally overpriced. On the other hand they provide a free shuttle service at any time to the nearby food stalls and shops.

Everything! Went for a family holiday trip. Every staff member was friendly and never failed to greet us . The room was clean. The facilities were awesome. Food was good. The beach was 5mins walk away. Will love to be back someday.

we loved everything about our stay. the staff is fantastic especially at the pool bars. big shout out to Junaidi! we loved his cocktails! the pools and landscaping are amazing. we felt like in paradise. the kids playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) were very clean and well designed

during peak season it could get a bit crowded at the buffet

The Hotel is brand new and is a great hotel. the room, the facilities are excellent and the food was very good with lots of choice. the staff were very attentive and helpful

The bar shuts very early 10pm. would have preferred a later opening Bar.

The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

The reception not only on arrival were excellent and professional. Top marks to Numu for her assistance and charm. Being able to use the sister, Indigo, facilities was a bonus. The spa personnel were also very good.

The evening meal offering was a buffet and a little limited, rather noisy and crowded.

Swimming pool, kids club and room is nice and clean! The staff were all extremely good and welcoming!

Lack of restaurant in terms of food choices. Would have been great if there is more variety and restaurants we could try and eat within the hotel!
