Superb service by all staff, all the way from reception, restaurant, housekeeping to the security. Everyone was so warm, friendly and helpful. We lost our float at the lagoon but the reception escalated our request to the activity centre and found it towards the end of the day (they didn’t forget about us!). The drinks at the room were refilled so regularly (even until near checkout) that we were never thirsty under the super hot weather. We also had so much fun at the activity centre—rode the scooter, bicycle, played at the water obstacle course, water tricycle, and float etc.—Many activities for us to engage in. FOOD was so delicious at the ANMON restaurant too—I love the mie goreng in particular so much!

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at The Anmon! The cleanliness in the room and around the property was exceptional, the service staff was friendly and always ready to assist, and the breakfast spread and the food options at the restaurant were fantastic. It was the perfect getaway to spend quality time with my children. Highly recommend and would definitely be back again!

The only downside was the lack of a "minimart" alike store within reach from/at the property. Given the location, the property isn’t easily accessible to shops. We wanted to buy tidbits one of the nights but realized the car service had stopped operating, so we had to wait until the next morning. The concierge arranged a car service to a nearby minimart, about a 6-minute drive away, where we could top up snacks and purchase items like sandcastle toys and beach ball for the kids.

It’s a unique experience, especially for the kids. Nice that the tent is fully air-conditioned and spacious enough for a party of 3 kids and 3 adults (2 tents). Service was great and response was fast via the WA communication mode. Prefer that to the conventional call to the front desk method. Their staff also took great care of me and accompanied me to the resort clinic when I was unwell. Upon departure, they continued to check in on my well-being.

Sound proofing was not good given the structure of a tent, but admittedly it’s normal since it is meant to be a ‘camping experience. Although it was quite disruptive when our next door neighbor woke us up in the wee hours due to a family squabble. Hotel breakfast spread is small and I’ve noted that their F&B staff are generally lacking in experience and really slow in their service. Vs their front desk or housekeeping colleagues. Problems we face largely came from the F&B department like waiting close to 20 mins in line (I’m the first in the queue) for my noodles to be prepared during breakfast peak hour. Also another long wait at their hotel cafe for a small snack order when we are the only ones around. They are extremely polite though, so perhaps more training is required?

Friendly and attentive staff who handle requests efficiently make my staff a truly enjoyable one.

I saw a promo for lamb shank with wine and decided to try it for lunch. The menu listed two options: one lamb shank paired with either a bottle of Norton Collection wine for IDR 1,000,000++ or a glass for IDR 220,000++. However after 10 min plus, waiter informed me that the glass pairing was a mistake, and the promo is only for a bottle. The restaurant should honor the advertised mistake and remove the promo right after. No alternative was offered.

Interesting glamping experience, the place was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast and coffee wasn't too bad, the staff were extremely responsive on whatsapp. The buggy takes you to your glamping location and there's transport that picks you up and drops you off at the ferry terminal.

Dining is limited in the resort as there's no way to go out for other options as it's inaccessible and you will have to pre-book a car in advance. Tents are very close to each other, not soundproof.

I stayed two wonderful nights here and it was a unique experience in the most gorgeous tent. The service was excellent with fast communication via WhatsApp, great restaurant staff - Ellis, bugee ride everywhere, and it was my birthday - they had the most lovely birthday decor on the beds made out of plants and delivered my birthday cake even when it was raining heavily. Thank you to all the staff for the best and most relaxing stay. The best satay and salmon pizza at the restaurant and great breakfast buffet. I love that it was so quiet there and we were almost the only two people there for most of the time (monday and tuesday). I love having nothing much to do, just wake up, go to the restaurant to eat, go for massage and spa and spend time in our tent! I love the tent and glamping! It was so nice and cosy with wall lights, orange bean bags, huge and clean bathroom with many hooks, comfy beds and housekeeping was done so fast while we were at breakfast! We had the best stay there, thank you very much.

Like the glamping theme, room size is good. Good selection of buffet breakfast, they do change the food varieties during my two days of stay. Large lagoon pool, water quite clean. The complimentary buggy service is appreciated as the distance to activity centre is quite far.

Need to manage the expectation that this is not a quiet resort. The DJ night music lasted till after 11pm and the conversation outside the tent can be heard clearly. The water pressure is weak on tap & shower.

The resort was super well maintained and everything was clean. The toilet has a bidet and that’s the most important thing! Although our tents were far away from the main activity areas/lobby, there’s a buggy service that they provide so that you don’t have to walk long distances. Apart from that there’s also scooters that you can rent out during your trip! The staffs were amazing and please tip them if you can because they really deserve it. Honestly their service is really top tier and cannot be compared with Singapore’s hotel service even those 5 star ones. The staffs there really look like they love their job and they were so so nice, I really really enjoyed my stay here at ANMON.

Honestly everything was perfect for my family and I. I traveled with senior citizens and they also enjoyed the trip a lot! Maybe one thing that can be improved on is their breakfast spread as the options were not that much. Their pancakes and waffles were nice though and they use lurpak butter yumsss! Also the weather in Bintan is damn hot okay, so please use a lot of sunscreen. The breakfast area is an open concept with the door opened at the side and because of that it was quite hot and humid when having our breakfast. But, there’s a small pool right outside the breakfast area for you to jump in whenever you feel like you can’t take the heat no more hahaah!

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They did not disturb but were always ready to help if asked. Highlight was the Mangrove kayaking. Very unique experience. Breakfast was good; had the usual buffet stuff. Local desserts were delicious. Vegetarians had about 5-6 meal options to choose from. Good food. Wish they would add one or two sports for adults like table tennis/ billiards etc. Wish they had served one glass of fresh fruit juice with breakfast

Breakfast provided was okay. Not fantastic but it has a decent variety of choices from bread, to fried rice, to dim sum and even omelette. I love the scooter ride and also the hospitality from the stuff. Very eager to help and service was excellent.

There was quite a few flies around the buffet, some of the food are not covered, landing on the plates, and e.g. the fruits, so I avoided those. Another issue was that the only food available there was the Compass Rose. Not a lot of other option other than Patio Bar which is about 10+ mins walk. If you are going around 11am, better to plan lunch outside.
