In terms of food, the quality of what I ordered was great, the taste never disappointed. The best part was the dependable buggy service, which was efficient. They even offered buggy service as courtesy to link with the adjacent resort. The employee staff is what impressed me the most – employees were all friendly staff who were quite accommodating. Their attitude to help and assist did add to the general experience.

The room service I requested, in addition to the food, was slow to arrive, and I had repeatedly asked for an extra set of towels. It was irritating to dial the reception countless times so as to receive a response, and to wait thirty to forty minutes for delivery, especially if you've had a rough day. Also, the selection of food items was inadequate – one should have had a larger pool to choose from.

Nice staff especially having us to get the the key back locked out from Scooter: thanks to Edi, and another staff driving us around to find the wallet and to Madi that found the wallet on buggy. Kids friendly staff, thanks esp to Arif that my girls had good time with him. Thanks to Sanjai of telling us the wireless charger is available in the hotel room (as he is the only person knows after asked many staff). Suggest for training to other staff so could help other guests more promptly. Great kids mocktail class and thanks to all staffs in bartender sessions to make it easy to understand yet interesting as my girls loves and enjoyed almost everyday during the stay.

Lack of activities in hotel: All activities are only in Treasure Bay next to Natra but is pretty pricy for the activities and lack of activities for kids which usually got some complimentary activities for kids in other hotel, and kind of running out things to do in last 1-2 days. Cleanliness: When we back to the room shortly after clean up but found a huge dead cockroach in front of the bathroom. Wireless charger: Staff is not familiar the facility in the room as had been asking the reception hotel staff for wireless charger as got fluid into the phone can’t use the cable charger. Only after 2 days (after asked 5 - 6 staffs) we are able to know from a staff that wireless charger is just in the room.

We were thrilled to see the beautiful and expansive lagoon! The tents were suprisingly spacious with an open concept outdoor toilet. The staff were efficient and helpful and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Especially thankful that when we checked in with my wheelchair-bound mum, Yani at the concierge arranged for a tent with no steps at the entrance on her own initiative without any request on our part. Cafe staff were attentive and cheerful. Thumbs up to Agus the driver who arranged a special car to bring my mum to the ferry terminal at the end of our stay.

The entire lagoon closes at 6pm. Which is a pity because we would have loved to continue to hang out till late. Perhaps management could consider keeping a small section of the lagoon opened till late.

This property exceeded all expectations! The staff provided exceptional service that surpassed many similar or even higher-class hotels - attentive, helpful and genuinely kind. Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a wonderful Jacuzzi, and room cleaning was excellent. The convenient shuttle service made getting around the property effortless. The restaurant offered great dining experiences, and the breakfast was truly amazing - a highlight each morning! Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality accommodations with outstanding amenities.

Everything was great from start to finish, I have nothing negative to say about our stay.

We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Nothing. There was a miscommunication between Booking and the hotel about one of the amenities in our room, but when we raised the issue with staff they went above and beyond to try to fix the issue which they promptly did.

Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently blown away by exceptional service. The staff at Natra Bintan and The Patio Restaurant deserve immense praise. Every interaction was a positive one, demonstrating their genuine care for guests and their commitment to providing personalized service. It felt like they truly knew us, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their impeccable manners and respectful demeanor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge was always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and assist with any requests. Their promptness and efficiency were truly impressive. Getting around the resort and nearby attractions was a breeze thanks to the friendly and efficient buggy drivers. This resort truly caters to everyone, making it the perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this resort. We can't wait to return!

The service is so exceptional and so welcoming!!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Most importantly the service is prompt and professionally. I seldom give comments for the stays in booking.com but this time I need to provide one. They even take into details like my boys birthday and gave us a small cake upon checking out once they learnt of our kids birthday. The whole stay is so pleasant and I have nothing much to complain.

The water pressure is too weak and the water flow at the shower area is too small

Met wonderful staffs, whom are very attentive, polite, and welcoming. Truly exceptional! The resort also prepared a pleasant surprise for us when they got to know that we were there to celebrate our anniversary. The use of WhatsApp to reach the front desk was very convenient, and response from the staff were fast too! We would like to specially mention their staffs whom we met during our stay, Debi, Renita, Todo, Deff, Anung, Satifah, and another lady staff in spectacles at the restaurant (sorry that we didnt get her name!). They have definitely made our stay much more enjoyable and homely!

The massage was really disappointing for the price its charging at. Masseuse ended ard 10mins earlier, technqiue wasn't up to mark. The food at Patio Restaurant is generally good, however, it would be better to have more variety to its ala carte menu.
