I liked that the place was all in one villa, so peaceful with no noise from neighbouring villas. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Top notch services from shuttle/buggy services, housekeeping, room services. Breakfast was great too as there were a wide spread of variations!!

The pool pump was not working? Or perhaps it was not switched on to keep the water going, regardless there is anyone staying in the villa. hence the water was stagnant throughout our stay. You could see flies or insects on the top layer of water, i was skeptical to swim.

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

The kitchen facilities were a microwave and a fridge freezer with enough crockery and cutlery for each guest, but there wasn’t anything to prep food with, and there wasn’t really a proper supermarket anywhere nearby either. This was fine for making drinks and snacks, but in reality self catering here isn’t a viable option. This wasn’t the end of the world for us, as there are a lot of other options for food, but it is useful to know as it wasn’t quite clear from the room description what the kitchen area would include.

Villa was very clean, tidy and private. ALL staff were friendly, attentive and you can tell they tried their best to provide as good a service as they know how, from driver to chef and everyone else in between. As good guests we should be respectful and conduct ourselves with decorum too - having said that, we didn’t witness anything untoward since we hardly saw any other guests around mid week. Food was delicious and for 3D2N stay, sticking to the local portion of menu there was enough variety to meet our needs for lunch and dinner. Any longer and we would probably include the western portion of the menu or vice versa. Just expect Singapore restaurant prices and you won’t feel disappointed. For Lagoi prices, we feel it’s just about right. The beach was beautiful and flat - 2hrs before high tide, I could walk far out and still sit on the sandy bottom with water at chest level. Walking out, the water was clear, clean and lower than hip level. Well, different strokes for different folks, and unless we want to try an outlying resort beyond half hour drive from the jetty, we would stay here again.

Pantai Indah is a great place to stay in Bintan. I had been to Bintan quite a few times and stayed in most of the popular hotels but Pantai Indah is perhaps the best place I've stayed. The property is new, well maintained and best part was it was not over crowded like some other hotels I have stayed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa sharing with another friend's family. The villa is really spacious with a huge living dining space with comfortable sofas and a decent sized dining table. The private pool was a bonus and loved our times in the pool. One thing that stood out during our stay was the services provided by the staff. It was simply superb. They just did everything to make us happy and serviced all our requests with smiling faces. We were really impressed with the service level. We will definitely go back to Pantai Indah again in near future.

1. By the standard of the resort itself, the breakfast spread needs improvement. With limited choices and a small spread, there's room for improvement. 2. There should be a telephone in the living room, specially for the 2 bedroom villas. Every time one needs to walk to the bedroom to call room service or housekeeping

The location is truly stunning. It's one of the best beaches I've been to in Asia, and perfect for little kids (no waves, shallow, clear water, lots of interesting sea life). The whole beach, which stretches as far as the eye can see, is just for people staying at Pantai Indah! The villa itself was gorgeous, with so much room, a beautiful pool and cabana, and enough grass for playing some t-ball. The rooms were very nice with big, comfy beds, and the villa had three bathrooms.

The food at breakfast was a bit underwhelming, and the kitchen team always seemed to be running late getting things ready in time to open. I guess

Lovely host and experience from start to end. The team were quick to respond to queries on Whatsapp prior to my booking, and all coordination efforts were swift. Crew gave great recommendations and it was easy to book car rides out to explore the city as well. Facilities wise, amazing. We could totally stay in the whole day because the beds were comfortable, and the pool/ garden were relaxing. Breakfast had a decently huge selection and amazing local treats. Best still, the property was right next to a private beach; quiet, and zen.

The pool lights and jacuzzi didn't seem to be controllable within the villa and we had to call service desk, but they were quick to correct the issue.

Love the cleanliness of the premise. The staffs are all good and well mannered.

No shop nearby to get your snacks. U have to basically take a cab for IDR50,000 per way. Resort’s ‘restaurant’ is way to expensive to dine in. Should cater more fans for indoor/outdoor space as it was super hot. Please be reminded that Bintan is strictly a place for to u to chill, don’t expect activities and heavy human traffic. This ain’t BALI.

only 1 things at night its abit dark on the road side.. but no worries the staff will drive patiently.. Quick advice, if u decide to go out at night, please off your room light..especially near the dinning area outdoor, coz some bugs that extracted to light will be there..Alot!!

The villa was huge & pretty clean, very comfortable & spacious for 2 people. The highlight was definitely the private pool! The resort provides 24h free buggy service, & the staff was very friendly & helpful throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was a very decent spread & tastes good too!

It wasn’t exactly sheltered from the living area to the bedroom, hence if it rains you might get drizzled on a little.
