"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and customize as per your choice.. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back there.

Lift was not working

The location is very close to the sea port and in Resort area.The staff was very well behaved.The rooms were very neat and clean.

They give just one small 300 ml water bottle per member for your stay for the whole day and when you ask for another water bottle they charge.aI suggest t hey must either increase the size of the number of the water bottle or the water quantity in room service.

The location of the hotel was good, located in a small town-like area surrounded by housing for the nearby resorts and hotel staff. Just to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a shop selling RotiO bread which is very good but their coffee is just meh. Behind the hotel is also a hawker center with local food and two convenience stores selling snacks and tidbits. Pricing for 3D2N was about 1,000,000+ IDR ($91 SGD) Staff service is also 10/10 and the room is big for what I paid. The toilet is superb, the water pressure is very strong and the water heater is very good. Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and a small toothbrush kit are provided as well. We also checked in early for 200,000IDR ($17 SGD) because our ferry was at 8 am but check-in was at 2 pm, well worth the money spent to chill in the room. The Breakfast buffet consisted of local food like steamed white rice, stir-fried noodles, scrambled eggs, and a type of meat (Fish on our first day and chicken on the second). Included other things like cereal, bread (toaster is available), coffee, tea, and guava juice. Overall, not the best buffet but decent enough that you can fill up. TL;DR Good Location, Good Pricing, Good staff service, Very good rooms, Decent Breakfast. Overall Rating: 8/10 Would stay there again

There is not much going on there unless you take a taxi out for activities. Again, the place we stayed at was a housing area for resort staff. If you want to visit some of the tourist areas, it's best to get a taxi to bring you around. We had a great guy who brought us to where we wanted to go for 50 SGD for 5 hours.

Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

The entire friendly staff, including Sandii, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Sandii stood out for his remarkable attentiveness and resourcefulness, addressing our needs promptly and with genuine care.

The breakfast has not much choices. The foods always finished very fast and not enough staffs to replenish the foods constantly.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The bed was comfortable as well. It’s inside Bintan Resorts area and location is kind of far from many places so really needs a mode of transportation like taxi service. The closest attraction is Treasure Bay about 15 minutes walk.

Recommended hotel for those who has limited budget but looking for high standard of cleaniness with very friendly staffs. Thanks to Agung, Joshua, Samuel, and the rest of staffs there.

location is great. just 5 mins away from Ferry. Room size accept for those who just want to sleep over with no window view on level 1. Hotel staff management are nice and friendly. And allowed our clean bicycle to be park in our room.

The extended hours shld be more flexible :)

Second time staying here and as usual, Agung and the team (my bad! I didnt ask your name one by one) gave the best service, willing to move me to another room, etc. Feels like home!

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. I recommend the spa behind the hotel and coffee genics for dinner close by.

No breakfast and limited room service menu for food.
