nice beach, pretty clean water, although not far from the ferry terminal, big rooms, friendly stuff, not many people.

VERY expensive restaurant and all restaurants in the area, the prices surprised me, at the same time, hotel workers receive meager wages, there is a small shop that sells a liter of water for 4 US dollars, my advice to you, as soon as you arrive in Bintan, buy as much water and snacks as possible upon arrival, the Chinese restaurant on the water they add MSG to the food, keep this in mind, if you dont want to swell up the next day.

Perfect for beach bums! We lazed by the beach which was gorgeous, clean white sand, clear water, no waves. Our kids paddled and had a whale of a time. The hammocks were abundant and perfectly placed. Awesome breakfast spread, and freshly made.

The resort itself is a bit on the older side and shows its age in a few places - the rooms are spacious but can sometimes smell a little stale. The other activities on offer are a distance away and require shuttle bus for access (comes every 30 mins). The sports areas and bowling alley are pretty dated looking. Mayang sari doesn't have a pool but you can take a shuttle bus to nirwana to use theirs. For other meals, the food is exorbitantly priced and there are no non-hotel options.

Beach was fantastic. Room was incredible. Service was perfect. Let them know of my wife's birthday and they had a cake for her. Perfect vacation.

No pool at Mayang Sari but able to use other properties' pool.

We stayed at the Mayang Sari several times when we lived in Singapore around 25 years ago, so we were excited to go back this year. Had a slight concern that it might not be everything that we remembered, but we needn't have worried, it was wonderful and even better than we hoped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the accommodation was superb and very clean and the beach was beautiful. Although Mayang Sari is now part of the larger Nirwana resort, it still had a quiet intimate feel, but it was nice to be able to use the lovely pool at the main resort hotel, the seafood restaurant and the Calypso floating bar, where we drank cocktails and watched the incredible sunset. I hope we can go back again one day.

The sea view apartment is a must. The place has a lot of (paid) activities and multiple restaurants. They speak good english and are vey helpful. Shuttle bus from the nearby ferry serves well.

Wifi works, but connects by access codes they provide you with. They might work, if not you get new ones by asking. The resort is some secluded (long way if you want to go elsewhere during the day), but that's what you kind of expect. Can be a bit windy during the evening sometimes, but you can't really control that.

the villas are isolated from the main hotel, making this location quite. It works best for those looking for a quiet place away from the crowd. the Beach is just Infront of the units

as this was was isolated from the crowd, there are not much amenities within walking distance. the hotel provides regular bus services though. Monsoon wind was too loud this time of the year

Loved the beach although we noticed plastic on the sand, the bed felt slightly hard, breakfast was very good. The message therapy was superb. The bell boys and reception were very helpful. The pool restaurant was really good. Calypso restaurant will make you go again and the sunset bar is a dream! Loved it 🥰 the staff are so sweet and welcoming! Thank you ♥️🌺

The extraordinary kindness of the staff and the overall hospitality. The really clean beach. The Cosy 35m2 cabin.

The faucet in the washroom is too short from sink. The water from bidet was in low pressure. One light inside the washroom was flickering, it seems like when e.g. Heater for the warm water was in use. Dairy free food options aren't that much. (But omelette was delicious).

This is my 4th Stay at Mayang Sari.As always Mayang Sari delighted us. Great location and wonderful staff. Apartments are well renovated than earlier .very spacious and well kept. The staffs are always welcoming and helpful. The ATV ride was really thrilling and my family loved it. The ATV staff Angasa was very helpful and fabulous guide. The food at Kelong s amazing. Serene ambiance. The staff Aldilla was attentive and customer oriented. The Niravana Garden pool and pool bar is good. The Breakfast spread is better at the Nirvana Garden Hotel which you can access via shuttle bus.

I strongly recommend to have some beach side movie facilities,live music or DJ nights. The food and service at Sprice restaurant needs improvement. Staff need to be more attentive at rush hours. There are many families with kids.will be great to have some kids slides or playground. Would be good to have more lights towards the end of the chalets. Will be great to have a coffee bar at the D'ranch facing the sea while kids enjoy the rides. Free bicycles would be good to explore islands. The resort centre needs major renovation.

The sea facing cottage was great. Ample chairs and hammocks were provided. The beach was painstakingly cleaned everyday . Overall a relaxing experience.

Service was quite good however could be improved . The hotel has only 1 volleyball and reminds the guest to return it in a day which i found distasteful. Suggest to have more than 1 so multiple guests can borrow and enjoy during their stay. Spice restaurant was below expectations, with the food we ordered not being of authentic Indian taste. Ordered pizza to the room twice and both times it it was cold.
