The staff are super friendly, especially Reni and Mika. Reni is so friendly and funny, she really is an excellent front of house person and clearly loves her job. Mika was helpful in so many other ways and tried her absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the Indonesian food on the menu, and the home made bread!

The beds were a little lumpy. The western food on the dinner menu could be skipped.

We stay here guiding a group of ten trail runners running across Bali every year (@ tourdetrails if interested!). We stay in some fairly nice places en route but we love the vibe, comfort, foo and staff of Atri as one of our favourites. Teh view from teh pool is awesome, the airy restaurant, the rooftop view and the spacious bedrooms. Brilliant place that is at once luxy but also homey.

The location is simply outstanding for those seeking to escape the crowds and immerse themselves in the beauty of sunsets and the Milky Way, all while sitting on the rooftop with a glass of something, surrounded by fragrant clove trees. As for the accommodations, they're comfortable enough for a couple of nights, and we often choose to stay here when traveling to the north of the island, passing through Bedugul and Munduk. If you're traveling by motorbike, you'll definitely appreciate this place too.

The rooms could be a bit brighter and would benefit from some minor renovations. It’s not a major issue, but worth mentioning. The menu in the restaurant could also use some improvement, especially since other dining options nearby are quite far away. Also, double-check the location provided by Booking.com, as the one we followed led us to a different place, about 15 minutes away from Atres Sari.

Beautiful resort in the mountains. The morning sunrises were breathtaking, the rooms were large and clean, and we enjoyed lounging in the pool. The included breakfast was delicious, their restaurant menu was diverse and had many options to choose from. We also had a couples massage which was lovely. We hired a driver so we did not use their transportation to the waterfalls but that option was there. We would recommend staying here.

Not a problem for us but just so you are aware; this resort is in the mountains away from the town. There are no marts or other restaurants around so we relied on their restaurant (which was fine, the food was good and there were many options)

The staff made us feel welcome right from the start with smiles and warmth. They went above and beyond to satisfy every need and request, even helping us on their days off and decorating my room for my birthday with beautiful decorations and a birthday cake! Reni and her team felt like family during our stay and we got to know everyone so well that we didn’t want to leave. The afternoon tea was so pleasant, the cooking class was also amazing and the view was truly unforgettable!

We had trouble getting hot water in the shower but very minor inconvenience

This is an amazing place in Munduk. The staff is the nicest I have encountered in Bali. The room is big, modern, and with an amazing view of the Vale. They offered a free Suttle to the Munduk waterfalls hiking. The food from the restaurant was delicious. I definitely recommend it!

This is the rainy season in Bali, and in Munduk, the weather is colder than the rest of Bali, so unfortunately, I couldn't use everyday the amazing pool every day (not the hotels fault?, of course). I knew already, but please note this hotel is 40 min from Munduk Village and there are no restaurants/shops around it. The hotel has a restaurant with amazing food.

Beautiful, peaceful. Great staff. We are active travelers who like a place to rest. We found the resort a great place to enjoy and not just be on the go. Free shuttle to start and end of Munduk waterfalls. So, you don’t have to walk on the city road.

Google maps does not always send you the easiest route. Ask the resort for the better route and the road will have signs every time you have to make a turn.

The view is outstanding ! You are in the middle of the nature. It's quiet. The pool is beautiful. What is not to like ? The service was perfect, from start to finish. Always nice and helpful. The room was modern and clean. Good pressure in the shower. Internet was ok. They had just a few vegan options but they created new dishes for me. They helped me to recharge my phone subscription. Thank you to the entire team, you were fabulous !

The water in the shower could be hotter. There is a bad smell coming from the pipe, it smelled like sewer sometimes. The place is very far from Munduk and in a very hilly place so keep in mind that it will be difficult to move around by your own if you don't have a car/scooter (but still the road is super hilly). The hotel has a free shuttle service to get you to some points in the city and around. No Gojek so the taxi prices were very expensive (x2 compared to Gojek).

The road to the property was unmade in part. Taxi driver didn’t know to avoid and followed satnav. Had to push car up hill, as so steep and massive pit hikes everywhere. Approach via munduk was fine but we were unaware until after we’d arrived that this was the route to the hotel. Very unhappy taxi driver.

Not as quiet as I'd hoped with motorbikes going past the place and roosters. Also I didn't know there's no Grab/gojek taxi in the area so I was a bit stranded when the shuttle dropped me in Munduk until the hotel shuttle comes at 3
