The staff was so friendly. Always available and very helpful. The food and the coffee was nice and quite cheap. Have to used the pool much but it is good to cool down if needed. If you're on a budget, this place is amazing for the price.

A little touch up or refurb might be needed soon but at that price, it was amazing and as good as other places I have stayed asking way more money.

The pool, staff, location and cleanliness was amazing. The only thing I would probably mention would be the hot water, it doesn't seem to go very hot or if it does then it takes a long time. Not a bad thing was so ever and I would 10000% recommend Naturella and will be staying there anytime I visit Bali.

Same answer as the above. It is not a big thing as I didn't mind it, but the only thing I can mention is the hot water, the shower seems to take a while to get hot or when/if it gets hot, it takes a very long time.

I like that Naturela is a chic homestay, and that it was able to accommodate our little family with more than enough space to move. I also dig that it has its own restaurant that offers great food at the best value. We were also able to rent a motorcycle that let us go around the island with no hassle. Card payments are also available.

The only thing that did not match our admiration of the place is the set of towels that can use a little upgrade.

They had everything! Cheap restaurant, bike rental, pool, great location, laundry and room massages, everything you could want for a good price. They cleaned everyday and the staff were so friendly

Obviously wasn’t the fanciest place, but it’s superb value for money!

The room was quite big, with a soft bed ! What was really nice is the pool, big enough for the people staying ! We didn't walk in each other. The hotel was placed near all the best beautiful beaches in Uluwatu.

The bad smell in the bathroom ... I know that it's quite common in Bali to have a bad smell unfortunately :/ Also, the price is a bit high for the property compared to the North of Bali

Great place to stay. Large team of lovely staffs. Located in a good neighborhood where you can find some shops, cafes, breakfast, restaurants. Downstairs you have the Naturalia Cafe that is serving quality food for affordable price from morning to night. I absolutely recommend and it may be my favorite place in Bali!

The owner was very nice and friendly I had food there which was reasonable price Gave you a little bottle of water on arrival and had a fridge to buy more from, which was useful They helped with booking a driver It's close to beaches As it's a touristy place it can get very expensive but dueing the week this place was very reasonable priced. Hot water yay.

The moody lad waiter who never smiles The room smelt. They did have a scenter in there to try and help but it didn't

Our third time in this place and it was always worth it. We always have the bungalow upstairs that is pretty comfortable and has some privacy. The location is great.

They definitely need to improve towels and bed sheets.

-pool area really nice -location was really great, walking distance from resraurants and beaches or you could rent a scooter here -nice to have the restaurant if ever you were in need of food fast. food was okay tho, nothing special -rooms are nice and cool with the a.c. We had one twin room, one double room and one of the bungalows. Bungalow are 10/10 it is a little more expensive but you really get your money worth. The bungalows are more clean and new, the a.c is better, the bathrooms are cleaner. -Staff are really helpful and nice

-The rooms could really use up keep. Like everybody said, there is a funky smell in the bathroom but that is just there seweage system I think. If you leave the a.c open and the bathroom door open it helps with the smell since nothing stay wet/humid. -You could see some weird stains on walls and ceiling in bathroom, I suspect it's molding... but nothing too crazy that you wouldn't stay here. -No ambiance, this is not a place you come to meet people. -Rooms get cleaned during stay, but not a full clean just passing a broom on the floor i feel and emptying garbage bins. If you want new towels you have yo ask or else they won't get change. Would recommend to stay here and probably stay here again if i ever revisit.

The restaurant was amazing and super convenient. Very good food and drinks with a lot of options and cheap prices. The pool area at the center provided a great view spot to relax. The staff was the biggest reason our stay was so great. Everyone always had a smile and was super happy to help us.
