I loved everything about this experience from start to finish. Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so well by the hotel staff, who were extremely friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Mornings were a treat—starting the day with a delicious breakfast overlooking the pool, surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery, was pure bliss. Evenings were just as magical, with a cozy bonfire where you could roast marshmallows and watch lanterns glowing in the trees. It felt like stepping into a fairytale. The rooms were equally impressive—super comfortable beds, a large smart TV, and an overall cozy, homelike feel that made it the perfect retreat. The bathroom and dining table were outdoors, but beautifully designed for comfort and privacy. I especially appreciated the mosquito incense provided in the evenings, which made the indoor–outdoor living setup with its own private garden both practical and enchanting. Stepping out of our garden into the hotel’s stunning grounds felt like entering a peaceful oasis. I also loved the yoga classes held twice a week in their gorgeous yoga chalet, led by a fantastic instructor—such a wonderful way to start the day. I will definitely be coming back here and would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone looking for a truly relaxing, beautiful, and memorable getaway.

The tent itself was really big and spacious, well designed and comfortable! Staff were lovely. Main pool was a good size and the facilities are great. Staff were lovely :)

It’s such a shame about the building works. Not necessarily the noise, but the privacy has gone. I did not feel comfortable sunbathing as the builders could see right over (and were looking)! As I was the front tent, it actually meant they could see into my bathroom!!!! Genuinely had to get dressed as soon as I was out the shower, as bathroom is completely open, which also meant it was so hot when trying to get ready. Perhaps a mirror in the main room would be better to help with this?

One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Uluwatu!😍 Origin Uluwatu is absolutely amazing❤️ The staff are just magical – super friendly, always ready to help, and genuinely kind. I stayed in one of the villas and it was perfect – very clean, neat, and with its own private outdoor area, so you can fully relax without anyone watching. You can literally walk around naked if you want😁 There’s also a nice shared pool and peaceful vibes all around. I even saw squirrels running through the garden – how cool is that? Honestly, this is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Uluwatu. I loved it and would definitely come back❤️❤️❤️

Too many trees in the garden leaves got everywhere & attracted a lot of bugs

The place is just super beautiful, spacious and the clamping is very luxurious and stylish. The outdoor bathroom is big and we loved the design and to have nature around us. The breakfast was very good, too. Every house is private, which makes you feel like you have the place for yourself. What stood out to us is the amazing friendly staff: Everybody went out of their way to make us feel at home, helped with everything and we couldn't have wished for more. Every extra wish was taken care of in minutes. It is also a nice place if you travel with kids. There is a little construction noise around at the moment during daytime, but nothing too close and anyway, it is Uluwatu. So that's everywhere. 😉 Easy walk to the main road where you have nice restaurants and shops. Laundry always came the next day. What we definitely recommend is to get a massage in your room, while you are there. Origin is working with a Spa from Uluwatu and the massages where the best we had during our 5 weeks in Bali. We will definitely come back!

Nothing. Everything was fine.

The staff was super attentive, helpful and really friendly. They arranged a scooter for our use while we stayed there for a week. The room AC worked great in the part of the room that you can close off from the exterior of the tent -- important as we were working remote a lot of the days and the heat could be stifling. The staff was always available for us and could reach them via WhatsApp. The WiFi was good most of the time, only a few occasions where it was slow or didn't work. They also provided mosquito coils every night to keep the mosquitoes at bay, which really worked.

The location was off the beaten path. There was nothing in walking distance and you needed transportation every time you wanted to go somewhere, this is why the scooter was crucial. This might not be a negative for people that are OK to drive a scooter, just be aware you'll need transportation to get places, not walkable. Also, there are photos of an active bar by the pool in advertising for this hotel. The bar is there but they do not serve drinks, only coffee for breakfast. The bar itself is empty for the most part. The hotel should remove the photos of the bar, it is deceiving.

Everything. Since the moment a got in there I was welcome in a place that seemed like home. Every single one the staff always ready to help with smiling faces. Help with renting scooters, laundry, directions, airport shuttle. Always asking if I need something, how was my day, if i needed something to make my stay even better. Best regards to Wanwaan, that waited for me to check in late at night, and my good breakfast friend!

When I arrived in my tent there was 2 lights that didn’t worked, which was fixed really fast. Not a complaint just a note. They even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, but honestly it was no problem at all.

We began our Bali adventure by exploring Uluwatu staying at Origin Uluwatu for 3 nights. This is a charming glamping type property with an outstanding staff. We enjoyed our stay at Origin Uluwatu and would recommend this property to others.

Our first night here was in a villa along the back wall of the property. Unfortunately, on the other side of the wall, there was an over zealous rooster who got to work at about 4 a.m. and didn’t stop until well after sunrise. Regardless of how nice the glamping setup is, a canvas wall provides zero noise dampening :l our idea of a relaxing night did not include a 4 a.m. rooster party. To the properties credit, when we mentioned the early rising rooster, they moved us to the front of the property, where our remaining 2 nights were wonderful and restful. Property aside. The Uluwatu area was our favorite on Bali.

I must say that the stay exceeded all my expectations. Spectacular tents with excellent amenities that let you feel connected to the nature. Housekeeping was amazing and they even have a turndown service and place some mosquito coils around your tent so you can sleep comfortably. We also really enjoyed using yoga barn they have on the property, you can ask for mats. Excellent location which is close to lots of amazing restaurants and beach clubs. But I must say the best part of the stay was the hotel staff which surrounded us with so much care and attention, it was amazing! They truly have a fantastic team but I would like to extend special thank you to Wawan and Hunger, they are absolute gems that went above and beyond during our stay. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Definitely will be coming back!

I don’t know where to begin because everything was amazing. Arriving felt like a little oasis away from the Bali-buzz. Away from the Main Street it was very quiet even with a little construction around throughout the day. And you are still only 2 min away from the Main Street with a Scooter. They also offer Scooter Rental and Helmets. Breakfast was really nice and a la card. For the tent: you don’t only have this huge tent, it is also fenced so that you have your own garden. Which I enjoyed a lot as it gave me the opportunity to just be and relax. Staff was really outstanding. No matter which question I had they were there to answer/help in no time. Can only recommend this special place
