We stayed at Wisnu Lumbung for a week when we first arrived to Bali. We were met at reception and welcomed with a fresh coconut, we were helped into our room by the staff who we couldn't have found more helpful throughout our stay. There were only a few staff on site, who were there 8:00 - 19:00 everyday without fail, and were on WhatsApp for any question or request you had out of hours. We were often around during the day and they would come round with a little treat if you were in. We particularly loved the fried bananas. We originally booked the wooden house (this room) that was split into two apartments, so a room upstairs (occupied by someone else) and then our room on the ground floor. We found this particularly noisy and the bathroom had a mildew smell, where there was no air flow. This wasn't too much of a problem, however we managed to move rooms half way through our stay to one of the larger wooden houses, which was a million times quieter and the room was more comfortable. So would advise to book one of these rooms for a longer stay and better experience. The rooms were equipped with a mini fridge, smart TV and a hair dryer. The larger wooden houses were super spacious and had a little lounge area to relax in. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and met every request we had. We rented scooters from them at a great rate and was under 100k a day and even arranged for this to be extended at our next apartment in Uluwatu. Wisnu Lumbung is located slightly further back from the main road, making it super peaceful and relaxing at night as you are surrounded by nature. However it is only a short ride/taxi to the beaches and main town centre. We would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully return when we're next in Uluwatu!

The stay was amazing and we loved staying at Wisnu, however - for the best stay I would recommend booking one of the larger wooden huts which you'll be able to find on Booking.com when you type in Wisnu Lumbung.

Lovely place with lovely staff and family! Always attending you with a smile! They were always willing to help us and give the best recommendations. We started with 2 nights but wanted to extend it for another night because we felt at home. We just feel we want to go back to Uluwatu! Better impossible ☺️ The room was super clean and pleasant. The garden and pool super cozy, and the homemade and healthy breakfasts are very delicious in front of the swimming pool 🙌🏼 Thanks 🙏🏼 hope to be back soon ✨

The location is a little far from the main attractions (restaurants, supermarkets..)but that really doesn't bother you if you have a motorbike, and then it all comes down to a few minutes, which is great because you are in an extremely quiet area. Super friendly staff, always ready to help.😊

From the moment we arrived, the staff was very nice and friendly. They helped us with all our requests. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are well equipped, we had everything for a comfortable stay. We recommend it to everyone.

The staff were wonderful. The aesthetic of the property is gorgeous. We felt very calm and happy there. We had dinner there one night when we arrived late and it was yum. Lots of breakfast options

You need a scooter but easy to get around if you’re happy to ride one

Breakfast was excellent! and the staff was welcoming and polite. You can also rent the scooter directly from there which was handy

This place is apsoloutley amazing ! Really feels like they read their reviews and make a effort to improve. They now have a small menu which is fabulous so you don't have to go out. The food is simple but yet tasty ! The bed was comfy and massive !

A extra bin for recycling would be good given cleaning is only done on request.

We loved the location in a quiet area (need a scooter to get around though), the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful.

The only downfall was being in a downstairs room, sometimes we could hear our upstairs neighbours walking above us .

The rooms are really cozy and the AC works like a charm. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is good. No complaints at all. The staff is ultra friendly and happy to help you with anything, customer service is a high priority here. Don't hesitate.

Absolutely lovely hosts who treated us like family, spent time making good breakfasts each morning, were helpful and friendly. The space is beautiful and the room and bathroom were clean and chic.
