10/10 Amazing Customer Service, Beautiful Rooms, and Great Location in Uluwatu. I had a pleasure of staying in Bingin Lodge Uluwatu for 7 days to celebrate my Birthday Celebration and the Wedding of my friend. Upon Checkin In we were showed and toured to our room by Kasuto. I was surprised that the Bingin Lodge Team made our room extra special and even prepared a complimentary bottle of beers, towel arrangement with petals, and mini cakes. It’s those little touches that really made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included package. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and it comes with fresh juice of your choice and coffee. Usually Ragita and Kasuto prepares our breakfast. They also refresh the room daily and I always come home to a freshly cleaned and refreshed room. I would like to extend my sincere thank you for the warm hospitality of Kasuto, Ragita, Tata, and Mr. Agus and the entire Bingin Lodge Uluwatu Team. Loved these lodges! The bathroom is outside...the lodges on the left side are slightly more covered than the lodges on the right side (as you look at the pool when you walk in). I was on the right side so was showing in the rain ...so dreamy! Air con is also dreamy! The staff are so helpful. I saw a review saying they couldn't get hold of anyone but it was the other way around for us!! They were contacting us to check all was ok and if we needed anything. I'd 100% recommend and go back here.

It's the rainy season so when it rains, it RAINS! This can be quite noisy on the roof and a couple of us were woken up in the night! I found the bed a bit hard but not terrible! Towels did have the odd stain (I saw this comment on another review) but definitely clean, just old. Having been in Bali for 3 weeks now, this isn't uncommon either! None of this would put me off staying again.

The villas are very Balinese and in an ideal location with a great pool that is the same depth the whole length of the pool. The staff are superb and the breakfast they offer if you have it included is a quality breakfast that you can choose - Balinese, continental, pancakes or American with eggs - plus a juice and coffee. I opted out of the coffee and paid for a proper barista coffee which was excellent coffee up at the restaurant. There is an array of items on the menu completely reasonably priced offering Balinese and western dishes if you wish to just dine in or have the convenience of not leaving the lodge. There is also a mini mart for water and other needs about 200 metres from the property. There is a lot of construction going on at the moment on surrounding properties so if you have an option; please ask for a lodge toward the rear of the property (away from reception). The road can be quite busy out front which you can hear at times but the location and the staff friendliness offset this nuance. I loved the outdoor bathroom which was huge and offered a very nice outdoor shower with quite hot water (not that you need it in the Balinese temperature) but a great option to have. The clear roof over the outdoor style bathroom also offered some great acoustics when it rained which made sleeping more peaceful as you listened to the rain on a ‘clear tin roof’. There is some great restaurants close by. Taco aquí is one of them and nourish just down the road. There is also a great coffee shop called alchemy down a small cut through close to the property and has an array of coffee beans and coffee styles to choose from. Plus countless other incredible restaurants close by. It’s about an 800 metre walk to Bingin beach and approx 1km to Padang Padang beach which are well worth the visit. Just make sure you have the leg power as there is a huge amount of stairs to walk down to get to the beaches. If you fail this and decide to abandon the beach walk.

The only nuance that bothered me slightly was the bed was quite firm and sunk a little toward the middle of the mattress and that the walls of the bungalows are quite thin so you can literally hear people outside in the common areas or the people in the bungalow next door. If you have an option, ask for the one down the very back so that you have less noise. It’s not luxury accomodation so this nuance is only an observation and wouldn’t impact me staying here again.

we joined a yoga training at Yoga Alchemy, which was really at 3 minutes walking distance. The hotel is a little oase in Uluwatu, away from the main road. Everyone from staff was really so nice and kind. even sending messages via whatsapp were immediately answered and very helpful. The airco in the rooms works very good. The pool in the centre of the rooms, is really so nice and very welcome, pool towels are provided. The menu is limited but freshly made and not expensive. I had no problems with wifi connection in our room. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone, whatever brings you to Uluwatu. On checking out, they have a separate shower you can use all day on your day of departure.

The only thing I can mention is that there were works going on in/around some of the rooms, that was a bit noisy when we wanted to enjoy the swimming pool (off course this is temporarily, but still....). every now and then very noisy guests came home late at night, and even if the rooms are all separate tiny houses, people can be loud, not respecting other peoples' night rest.

Booked last minute due to terrible service at nearby hotel Alma Bingin Boutique Hotel. Staff were great and for half of the price of our previous hotel this place offered much more & even a free drink token on arrival which was a nice touch. Rooms basic but got everything you need, outdoor shower & toilet which was nice however did have some animal droppings on our toilet and saw a mouse/rat in the back but nothing that can be done as it is outdoors. Amazing staff on checking out as I was unwell and Tata (I believe this was his name) was extremely kind and helped with medication for myself ready for a taxi journey back to Canggu.

Loved the room especially with the rain on the roof. And enjoyed the outside bathroom.

It was such a cute stay, amazing staff that made my stay even better. They answer so quickly and they’re always there if you need anything. The cleaning was also really good and they are very flexible about cleaning the room when it’s convenient for you. Location is close to everything, 4 minutes to the closest beach, walking distance to restaurants and bar. Also very calm and quiet hotel. Will definitely recommend! And an extra thank you to one guy named Toto who checked up with me and gave me medicine when I got sick. Lovely people!

Beautiful cabins, outdoor shower (and toilet), & Comfortable bed, but most of all the staff, beautiful welcoming & warm people, especially Tata & Regita, gave extra value to our stay.

I had me a little mosquito attack the first night, but the team was quick to take care of it 🙌🏼

Fabulous lodge and value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a perfect choice for the price range

The area is very noisy but it is probably hard to avoid. It is located on a small but busy road so would recommend one of the back rooms (which is what we had).
