It was my first time in Bali with my family so I wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere special, our two-bedroom villa at Uluwatu Sunset Hills was exactly that. As soon as we checked in we were greeted and welcomed by a friendly staff who offered us fresh coconut water. As we entered our villa, we thought we were in a dream, the photos online looked nice but the villa was even more beautiful in real life. Everything including the pool, kitchen, bedrooms and baths were neatly decorated, clean and organized. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing trip and experience… I will definitely be back!

I wish it was a longer stay so I can have more time to enjoy the beautiful infinity pool. :)

Stunning private infinity pool with a great sunset view. The bedrooms were well appointed and really nice bedroom. Lounge open area was also a great spot to chill and read a book.super quite and mainly only birds chirping away. Some construction down the road but wasnt too disruptive.

Off the track a bit to just go grab a coffee, required some.logistics to go anywhere but thats the trade-off for awesome views and a quiet area

Stunning spot overlooking Uluwatu! Beautiful sunsets. We had a 2 bedroom unit with its own pool. The rooms are lovely and spacious, beds comfortable. Kitchen and living area over looking pool and all the facilities you need if you wish to self cater. We had a scooter so it was easy to get around and go out for meals, otherwise it is a long walk up a very steep hill from the town!

This property is truly stunning, offering breathtaking views all around. The interior design of the rooms perfectly complements the natural surroundings, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The food was exceptional — with a high standard of quality and a range of delicious, well-curated options, it was easily some of the best we had during our time in Bali. The staff were equally impressive, especially the gentleman who checked us in. Although he mentioned he was new to the resort, he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel as though he’d been part of the team for years. His kind demeanor and thorough tour of the facilities set the tone for a fantastic stay. We absolutely loved our experience here and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bali.

The location is perfect as its away from the main road and its very quiet. The Hotel is situated on top of a hill which means beautiful views in the morning and for sunset. The view you get was worth every penny and waking up in the morning and looking out while having your breakfast and coffee makes you not want to leave. The Property is clean and the facility is well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful whenever we needed something. This property is operated like a private villa and is maintained by the staff during office hours (7am-7pm) this means you have full privacy which was exactly what we wanted. The staff will provide you with a whats app number which you use to request for breakfast/lunch or anything you need. Breakfast is served to your villa at the time of your choosing. There is a well maintained espresso machine in the villa. If you want a place with amazing views which is also clean, well maintained private villa I would highly recommend Sunset Hills. I will definitely come back here again.

This hotel is operated more like a private villa which we liked BUT this means that after office hrs (Office hrs are 7am-7pm) there are no staff available for any kind of service. This means no room service when office is closed. If you are checking in after 7pm or earlier that 7am make sure to inform the hotel staff so they can arrange the security guard on duty to help you check in as there will be no one on site when office is closed.

The views, the pool, the space in the villa, the lovely staff and the serenity of the area. Staff left sweet treats in the villa every afternoon and we were lucky enough to get breakfast delivered and served to us every morning. The villa itself was very spacious and comfortable, especially love the hanging bed on the balcony and the huge plush sofa in the lounge area. Air-condition units were in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom and fans were inside the villa and on the balcony. Excellent wifi facilities, beautiful mood lighting (most lights had dimmers), fully self-contained kitchen, full-sized fridge for all the delicious drinks and snacks you are destined to purchase ;) Housekeeping daily if you wish for it.

Not that I didn't like it but to just be aware it's a really steep climb to the villas on the highest elevation. Just be careful when you're walking down :) The shower is right next to a window, honestly the obscured glass should be higher. I'm quite tall so if someone walked past they would have been able to see my boobies. Towels are clean but a lot of them have stains - not the best look.

Amazing property with awesome views of uluwatu and the sea. You could tell that a lot of thoughts were put in the construction of the property for long stays. Every furniture, ornaments and kitchen utensils were immaculate, pillows were Serta pillows, even the drawers in the kitchens were fit with soft opening and closing. Housekeeping team also made sure to clean away the water stains from the showers everyday.

Property is relatively far from the main walking street. Takes a little hike from the reception up to our villa everyday, it’s perched on high grounds so the hills were really steep.

We had a great experience communicating with the team and everyone working there was very nice. The villa was beautiful with a great view so we really loved that.

Stunning villa - very comfy beds, slept like a queen! Staff were kind and helpful! Every breakfast was delicious - we loved our stay and would absolutely come back! Staff kindly helped arrange a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday! They will help you with any request :)

If you struggle taking stairs - there is quite a lot to reach the top floor pool. Black mould in bedroom - did notice they painted over it one day but it needs treating properly to avoid causing respiratory problems. I did leave with a cough and I’m skeptical that’s why

the view, cleanness and location.. and the staff was very friendly :)

The check-in and check-out timings are not fair to be honest... we rented the room for 1 night but we were allowed to check in at 3 pm and asked to check out at 11 am in the morning with no flexibility.. i have never seen 4 hours gap between check in and check out time..
