A Perfect Stay in Ubud – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this boutique hotel in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the very best. Putu and Meets were especially outstanding—resourceful, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room itself was perfect—incredibly comfortable, and a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Despite being just steps away from the busy streets the hotel was wonderfully quiet, offering the best of both worlds. Breakfast was a highlight, delicious options to start the day right. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly memorable. Our only regret? We couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was fully booked—a testament to how fantastic this place is! If you’re visiting Ubud, I highly recommend staying here.

Very helpful staff, excellent location and facilities.

The front entrance is only really accessible by foot, but there is a street-level rear entrance that's very easy to use. This could be made clearer in the comms, perhaps.

Absolutely loved the secluded and romantic feel of the property. The grounds were well kept, the staff continually had mosquito repellent contraptions lit to provide a patio mosquito free and the location was absolutely perfect… only minutes away (walking) from the main road and center Ubud. The staff was absolutely accommodating, genuinely friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast offered was top notch. Always made fresh to order and delicious. We left the property like we were ready to book another visit with 11 on Kajeng on the same day we left. We will be back, sooner than later. I definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone! We love you 11 on Kajeng

There was nothing we “did not like”! Our only suggestion would be installing solar lights in the darker areas of the stairway. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

Exceptional location. Right in the heart of Ubud. And yet SO quiet! You would never know you’re so close to the markets, palace, and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I truly felt like a friend being hosted in someone’s home. They took care of my every need with a warm smile. My bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in all of Bali! Every breakfast was prepared with such attention and care for details. I loved the floating breakfast experience. The mani/pedi I had was excellent. Can’t say enough good things and I hope to one day return. I feel like I have friends here. Thank you for all you do!

Unparalleled service, care, and understated luxury. Perfect boutique hotel and walking distance to Ubud palace (the center) and right by a rice patty field walking trail. I had the deluxe room, so aesthetic, like modern vintage elegance. The private outdoor pool is super relaxing. They arranged in room services like mani and pedi and massages. I loved it all and would easily book again. Anything you want, just ask. They will take care of you. Call ahead to let them know you are arriving so they can meet you and help with bags. It’s better than 5-star service. Thank you so much for making my stay very memorable and special (personal touches like bday cake, bouquets, and so much more).

The attention to detail in both the design and service was outstanding, truly showcasing the hotel’s commitment to an authentic Balinese experience. The breakfast offerings were a highlight, with their yummy smoothie bowls leaving a lasting impression—I’m still craving them! The staff’s warm hospitality added to the overall experience, ensuring every moment felt special. To top it all off, I was surprised with a rose and a thoughtful card on Mother’s Day, making my stay even more memorable.

Not sure there’s enough room to say how wonderful everything was. We would highly recommend the in Villa Massages and the Private Evening Seafood Meal that was prepared and served to us in our Villa. The breakfasts were always freshly prepared and arrived on time. They also organised a full day and a half day tour for us, we had the same driver on both occasions who spoke great English and was very happy to accommodate our whims. All the staff were AMAZING, always happy to help with a smile. Would highly recommend the private Villa with its own pool, a really special place. 😊

I made a last minute booking at the hotel based on online reviews, and it surpassed my expectations. This is a beautiful boutique hotel, with lots of beautiful design touches, and wonderful, personalized service. My room had high ceilings, beautiful decorations, and - most impressive - a patio with its own private pool. My morning breakfast was delivered to my room so I could dine poolside, which made for a very serene experience. Great location too - conveniently located near downtown Ubud, but you don't have to walk far to find more tranquil areas. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at... and excellent value!

The only thing I can think of is that the water in the pool (the one on my patio) was very cold, so I didn't really end up using it, but I still enjoyed dipping my feet and relaxing out there.

11 on Kajeng is an oasis, a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is so private, peaceful and relaxing. Each room is a little villa beautifully furnished. We had our own private pool which comes with the premier sunset villla. Breakfast was served on our private terrace each morning and was delicious. The staff made our wedding anniversary so special with rose petals on the bed, sparkling wine on ice and a couples massage. This truly was a magical stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed a week at 11 on Kajeng, taking a much needed break in Ubud, and booked the Sunset Premier Villa (breakfast included). It was a little slice of paradise, entirely private, with our own pool and koi pond. The villa is big, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with a very comfortable patio looking over the private pool and garden. The bed was wonderful, very comfortable. All the facilities you expect from a high end hotel, but much more personal. The service here is exceptional, we organised massages, day trips and so on through the wonderful staff, who are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Situated in the middle of Ubud, just near the market, so it's very convenient, but the hotel is an oasis of peace from the busy streets. We spent quite a bit of time just hanging out in our beautiful villa. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a break in the warm weather!
