The hotel is in a small street, looking over rice fields. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and quiet. It was nice to sit at our front porch and enjoy the view of the rice fields. The hotel's location is also within walking distance of the bazaar, the museum, the palace and the Ubud ridge walk.

The hotel is not accessible by cars. We had to rely on the hotel staff to take our luggage to and from the hotel on scooters. However, the scooter service was readily available when needed and it was free of charge.

If you have a neighbor guest, you can pretty much hear everything. Also the place wasn’t as nice as I thought from the pics. Cleaning staff should use hydrochloric acid to clean shower wall to get rid of hard water stains. Also the wall paint was falling off and they just need to do better maintenance all around. We had a constant issue with ants in the bed I think they were coming in from ceiling and descending on the mosquito net. Not sure.

The location was lovely and I think most rooms had an outlook comparable with the online pictures however we chose a villa with private pool. The pool was nice but not private and was overlooked by neighbours and workers building a property across a small rice field. They had full view of the pool and even into the glass bathroom doors. A hedge or fence is needed to provide privacy to the pool and bathroom. The staff were lovely and friendly and took us back and forth to the town on scooters whenever we needed to for no extra costs. The breakfast was simple but good. The bed was comfortable.

Fantastic rural location for adventurers. Only accessible by scooter (don’t worry - they’re great drivers and they take all you luggage). Great staff and nice villas! Right in the rice fields but not far for a cafe or restaurant. You can be in central UBUD in 10 mins using scooter and your feet! Fantastic sounds from the insects & animals in the fields at night and good value for money!

No milk in rooms but then we’re British and like more than and coffee! It’s a shame there is no cafe or restaurant there but then you can get to them in just a couple of minutes!

Staff is really friendly. Location is a bit away from the center, but it is totally worth it and it makes an absolute difference in terms of peace, calm and nice view (rice fields). There is a 24/7 service on scooter from the Villa to Ubud Central Parking, so in the end you really have a fast access 2-5 mins. If you prefer to walk is also possible 10-15mins.

Menu could have more options in food. Food provider or food forecast could be better. Yet you have so many options to eat around, this is really just a minor detail they can improve if they consider it of value. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The surroundings are really beautiful and peaceful. One for those that like nature and want to get out of the centre of Ubud.

Not a criticism but just to note that it’s quite a long walk into town and not safe at night to walk as it’s very dark, narrow roads. You have to either rent a scooter to stay here or the hotel run a free scooter service to take you into town. This runs 24 hours but would not be for anyone that does not wish to ride a scooter as it is not accessible by car.

The location, staff and value for money property- It’s extremely quite for something thats in the heart of Ubud (minus the rooster from the farm next door) which was also quite okay as we progressed. Added to the charm! The outdoor shower with the hot water though is so so good

The room really could use a fresh paint job but it’s not a deal breaker at all. The location was so excellent, and the space is comfy. We were put and about most of the time and the room is spacious.

The villa was located in the middle of rice fields, which made it very calm and enjoyable. The morning view is beautiful and inspires inner peace. While not accessible by car, staff was always available to give us a ride by bike to get to the main street (~4 minutes) and we could also call bikes to pick us and drop us off. The villa is located close to various great restaurants.

By being in the middle of nature, we had some ants in the bed. Staff cleaned the room but sometimes we felt them at night.

Beautiful outlook over rice paddies. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. 24 hour a day motorbike shuttle to central parking was great - they were there in less than 5 minutes for drop off and pick up. Room was beautifully made up. Beautiful area to walk around the rice paddies and explore hidden local restaurants

The room and pool were tired and needs maintenance - peeling paint, broken pool lounges, doors that don’t close properly, rusted cover in sunbaking area & weeds in garden overlooking pool to rice paddy which tainted the view (the rest of the gardens were immaculate)

Property was super well located. Very near the Ubud center. No need for taxi to the center. 7mins walk is enough. Beautiful scenery and very friendly staff. I think its taken care of by a few people that do pretty much everything. This property was good because people are super nice and kind. Staff offers a scooter ride from main parking till the hotel location but this is not suitable for older people or people with back problems. But the scooter ride in middle of rice fields is such a great way to be welcomed to Bali. Loved it!

I didn’t like that some walls had a little bit of humidity and the water of the shower is cold.
