We’re long-term travellers with kids, and we really enjoyed this guesthouse. The rooms are simple but spacious and clean, the pool is well maintained, good breakfast is included, and the grounds are nice and green - which is especially nice given how close it is to the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud. The walk from the guesthouse to the main roads is pleasant, along a small street lined with souvenir shoos and warungs, but without car traffic. The rice paddies nearby are also a nice escape from downtown. The family that runs the guesthouse are lovely as well.

The property is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms - it didn’t bother us but be aware. Also it’s a challenge to get a taxi to the door because of the small one way street, so expect to walk a bit with your luggage.

Amazing jungle/river right on your balcony! Lovely and very helpful staff, who make a delicious breakfast. the best location next to Rice field walk and a market on small street into town.

I prefer fan but it didn’t work- but A/C was fine!

We liked that breakfast was included it was nice. We were given fresh fruit or a smoothie, and either pancake or fried egg on toast so perfect for us and my toddler. The bed was huge and it was comfortable which was great for the fact that there were 3 of us in the bed (toddler in the middle) The air con was great. We had two rooms to accommodate third adult . Nice outside area to sit and relax whilst baby slept. Staff were always there to help

The shower was often Luke warm but it was manageable, The room without air con and fan only didn’t smell pleasant

it was a nice room. good price for money. the banana smoothie and omelette was delicious i had it everyday. the pool was nice and big and very clean. the hosts were very nice. the beds were comfy. windows had mosquito nets so u could open them without worrying about bugs

didn’t have aircon only a fan so it was quiet warm but that’s okay. some geckos in the room but that’s standard. at the end of a market road so you gotta walk past all the markets but there is a side road off to the left so u can avoid them all and go straight to the main area

Wayan and Made were extremely welcoming and kind throughout the stay. They prepare excellent breakfasts and there is the possibility of organizing tours and transfers directly at the property. The bungalows were very nice and cozy, clean and with the necessary. For anything, wayan and made eventualities can provide. The property is also very clean and has a nice pool with sun loungers where you can relax. The bungalows are located at the end of a street full of markets and local sellers really nice. I recommend everyone to choose this bungalow, probably the best in Ubud for location, services and price.

Fantastic value for money, took the fan room, AC wasn't necessary, room doesn't get direct sun & Ubud is a few degrees cooler anyway. Pool was kept super clean, breakfast was tasty. Sit back on the veranda and watch huge lizards basking in the sun and kingfishers hunting in the stream below. Great location, quiet at night but just a few hundred yards from the Palace.

The adjacent stream is quite polluted but that's not something the owners are responsible for & familiar to any urban waterway in Asia. Prepare to be awoken each day by the owner's young kids being, well, kids, at 6am.

Everything, I intended to stay only a night and i kept extending my stay, i stayed over 15 days, and it was absolutely peaceful and magical, there is something very special about this place, it vibrates unconditional love, and the owners are like family ! ♡ thank you for everything! It was the best place where I have stayed in Bali, and if I ever go back to Ubud I will only stay in here. The swimming pool is magical, and the breakfast was so delicious! Falling asleep every night with the sound of the river and waking up with the birds! Open my window and see the most beautiful shades of green, made me forget that i was in a city, i felt i was on a retreat! I found peace here. I can only recommend.

Quiet, clean, lovely cool swimming pool. So nice to be able to walk up the road all around the rice fields... you can walk the loop past Sweet Orange Cafe and end up on the main street in Ubud (about 25 mins walk) Delicious breakfast. All staff wonderfully friendly & will do anything to help. Also, just up the road is Trip Advisor Award winning Juwuk Manis Spa. ♡

Nice set of bungalows in a lush garden with nice pool -- and the location is great too: just a few minutes walk further along the road, and yours in the rice fields just north of Ubud.

The rooms/bungalows are quite close together, and the one I stayed in was a bit.gloomy and dark: impossible to read in bed at night: some bright bedside lamps would really help make it more comfortable and welcoming.

Quiet perfect accomodation. 8 stone bungalows set in beautiful gardens a short walk in to the rice fields or in to Ubud art market and town. Delicious breakfast. Run by a very kind, sweet family.
