Good location, not too far from the busy streets, but might be a bit inconvenient to get to by car due to the one-way road it's on. Clean, comfy rooms, good pool, helpful staff

On the first night we left our shoes outside (because we've seen hotel staff do so), and unfortunately one of my sister's sneakers got stolen, as we found out later - by a dog. And right before our trekking to a volcano to see the sunrise, so she had to basically wear slippers. We were told that this had never happened before. This did worsen an otherwise great experience, but at least we've got the security footage to remember it by 😅

The staff was very polite & accommodating! They would arrange for us taxi transfers and our laundry! We also had a really nice full body massage. Also, the pool area is really nice and the room was big and clean.

Perhaps the food (we had breakfast & light lunch) could be improved a little. Please note that if you wish your room to be cleaned, you need to request it. Also, it’s not very close to the city center, but a taxi can take you there within minutes. Finally, small note for people who are not very observant (like me): there is a small step between the bathroom and the main bedroom, which may be overlooked. Just bear it in mind.

The staff are incredibly lovely and were very accomodating. The room was very big with a good layout and nice design. Balcony also a good size. Comfy bean bags by the pool and a good sized pool that wasnt in use by others much. A little shaded but good to escape the heat for an hour. If you want to be walking distance to central Ubud this is a good choice and great value :)

If you are light sleeper you might want to specifically request a quiet room. There is a few closer to the road (like the one i stayed in) where you may hear some traffic. That said, it never stopped me sleeping. It was also an upstairs room and I think it has to do with the traditional style roof so the downstairs ones may be fine.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Ubud. It’s a very chill and peaceful hotel while still being only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ubud. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We organised our trip to Mount Batur through the hotel and they managed to every detail of the trip for us. I would highly recommend the Tetirah hotel

Loved the breakfasts especially when we ordered the night before and the food was hot and fresh for us in the morning. The breakfast box was great for our early start on our last day. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and understanding when I couldn’t find my passport. The staff in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. The availability of safe drinking was really appreciated. Very environmentally friendly concept. Thank you.

One dinner we had was not good. The fish was dry and overcooked. More sun beds would be good. There are some rotted boards surrounding the pool that could be dangerous that need replacing. Perhaps you could think about having a shelf of books for your guests who may finish a book and not want to carry it with them. Your guests could swap books giving them something to read and add to the relaxation of their stay.

The room was very spacious and contained all of the basic amenities which one would expect. The room also has a very nice aesthetic and was kept very clean. The pool was also very beautiful, large and could accommodate a lot of people and is definitely one of the highlights of the property. The property, although being situated on a road which leads to the main road of Ubud, is still very secluded and requires a bit of a walk to get to the center. A thing to keep in mind for those looking to explore the surroundings on foot.

The only negative aspect of this property was the quality of the food which was comparatively subpar to the other properties we stayed at in Bali.

The room is beautiful and large. The property is well-maintained and a haven of peace. The staff was excellent, super helpful and ready to solve any problem. The first few days we had a problem but the staff was super efficient and understanding in solving the problem as soon as possible.

I loved staying here so much that I extended my stay by another week. Considering how inexpensive this place is, it’s such a great accomodation. Staff always happy and helpful, clean and cool pool, not too busy. Room is super comfy, large and great bathroom. Nice decor, wildlife.

I could hear every single noise from anyone upstairs. I even had to tell the staff to be quiet late at night as they swept the stairs. Restaurant food was awful. I don’t like leaving such negative feedback, but you guys need a new chef. The bed wasn’t super comfy and it was noisy when I moved - unstable planks of thin wood under the mattresses.

Room was cozy, clean and spacious and had a lovely terrace. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The real visual matches the pictures on Booking and the room smelled nice. Nice pool as well. The hotel is also not far from the main area and lots of food places along the way.

The breakfast selection was small, but ok.

Amazing staff, ready to help any minute :) all day long working restaurant to order a quick good meal when you are in a hurry. Good location- 15min walking from the main street. On your way you can buy fresh fruits from the locals :) Quiet and calming atmosphere 🙂 Fridge in the room

Do not expect nothing fancy but still cozy and calming.
