property is great. be careful with frogs. in the rainy weather they can make such noises, that will never let you sleep.

villas are great, but you have to change air conditioners. they are old, noisy and broken. kitchen is very poor. don’t recommend.

Best stay in our whole trip to Bali . The location was really convenient for what we wanted to see .The breakfast was really delicious and The best part of course is the stuff. From the first day we arrived their warm welcome made us feel like home . The girls at the reception and the girl at the restaurant are so helpful and kind . Thank you for making our stay unforgettable , hope to come back again !

We expected our room more spacious but that’s just a small detail.

Great location - quiet, like 15min from the main Ubud street, lovely pool. Breakfast was very delicious - you order it a-la carte the day before, we loved it. Extremely helpful and nice staff. In the room it was quite chilly because of the tiles, which is good for this climate.

Nothing special. The repairs in the room are not the newest as for the money paid, but in overall everything was fine.

The hotel was clean, organized, and friendly staff. There was someone always at the front desk when needed assistance. I would stay at Tamantara again when I come to Bali!

the location was great. wasn’t too far to walk down to the Main Street of town. The staff were amazing and it was such great value for money

the pool didn’t see much sun hit it. That was not the fault of the hotel, just didn’t get to sit much time in the sun

Great location, fairly close to the center of Ubud, especially if you rent a scooter. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful! The room was clean and very nice.

Street noise was noticeable from our room, located upstairs above the lobby. If you are a light sleeper, you should ask for a villa in the back of the property. Also the pool area is ‘shared’ with other rooms and not very large of an area, so we decided not to use the pool.

Very nice villa, quite close to the center of Ubud (about 10 min walk), and yet great that it is not in the city center. Very friendly, helpful and nice hotel staff. We appreciated: swimming pool, breakfasts served to the room - beautifully served.

At The Tamantara we had a two bedroom Villa for 4 nights and it was perfect. The ambience is great and the open kitchen provided a wonderful room for family time and we always had a good view of the pool when the kids were swimming. Kitchen and rooms are connected with the patio around the pool. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and we truly regretted not staying longer and do hope to go back.
