The rooms were very spacious and clean! The wifi worked very well for the most part. Bathroom shower had good water pressure and warm water. Towels were good quality and wash cloths are provided. AC worked well and appreciated mosquito nets around the beds!

If they had a mini fridge it would take this place to the next level. I would recommend they update google maps location as because the address will take you to another family’s house we accidentally walked in on and definitely scared lol!

Lovely villa in a quiet part of Ubud. Super friendly and attentive staff, great breakfasts on our private outdoor dining platform. Nice little pool

A little bit out of the action so a fairly long walk to get into central Ubud. The upside was that the place was nice and quiet. The Wi Fi was very slow and unusable at times so I needed to go to a coworking space to get work done.

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony. The room was very tidy and clean. It had an electric kettle (a bonus in Bali we discovered), lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and very well maintained. It's location was very close to IMAN Massage and Spa. A drawcard for us. It was also that tiny bit further away from the main hustle and bustle which was perfect for us. It was still close enough to walk there when needed. Just up the road going away from the main centre of town, there were rice paddies and more open spaces. Still plenty of restaurants around.

We had a slight water leak coming from the back tap of the toilet pipe, with a small amount of water constantly on the bathroom floor. This was the only place we stayed at over the 2 weeks where breakfast wasn't included. We'd become use to this treat. It was the end of our trip. If it was at the start of our trip, we wouldn't have noticed. Our room didn't have a fridge. We realised a fridge in a room is a big luxury and rare in Bali.

Nice and cute hotel hidden from the main road, so you don't hear much of the traffic. We had a private villa for 4 friends with our own pool. Modern and spacious apartment with views of a small rice field. There was a small area for having breakfast outside which is great. So we enjoyed our stay and I do recommend it.

The kitchen is old and very basic, so I don't imagine cooking there. We use other services: Laundry: which was cheap and quick, but when we got our clothes back they smell great but actually not clean at all! It's not their fault as such and they gave us the money back quickly, but obviously, I don't recommend this service and they should find a better company. We also arranged with them the transport to get to the harbor for the Gili islands, we expected a private car but it was just a long van (very uncomfortable) with more people, so the same thing and price that you would anywhere hire in town. Also, the boat to get to Gili Air was the oldest and most uncomfortable we saw compared with the others. So conclusion, double-check the company they are offering for the other services.

The deluxe family suite was a two story freestanding unit with kitchen and two bathrooms both spacious and generous. It faced the swimming pool and felt very private. The gardens were meticulously maintained and there was a lovely gazebo that was perfect for family brunches. The family owners managing the place were also very accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending

The only thing to note is it is a little hard to locate(we arrived at night). The Google maps address is not very accurate as the entrance to Duana Sari is around a bend some 50m further up the road a down a small lane inaccessible by car.

Spacious villa with kitchen, nice pool for hot day. We stayed at room 7, the pool is just right beside our villa which is very convenient. My kids enjoyed the pool so much although it's bit cold in the evening. The light is quite dim at room upstairs. Good to have a filter drinking water that you can refill your water.

You need to carry your luggage and walk up a slope of a small path (about 100m) before you can reach the hotel, car cannot stop right in front of the hotel nor park outside. There are some ants found in the kitchen.

Beautiful place and location. Right in the middle of ubud. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. We went for hike and sunrise at mt batur at 2am and came back tired at 9am to rest. They were doing some renovation work next room but we requested to stop so we could rest. They were accomodating and stopped for awhile to let us sleep. Appreciate tht thank you. Everything else was just pleasant. (If u complain abt ants..well.. we even hv ants at home sometimes..so not a big issue. It's a small matter. Overall it was just wonderful)

Bath was fabulous. It was in a quiet spot that was close to everything. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lovely, well kept gardens.

It would have been better if it had a little refrigerator so we could have milk in the room. Had to leave our milk in the fridge in the reception area which was often locked when we felt like a tea or coffee. TV did not work. Accordingly to other reviews, there was a kitchen available to use but we were not today about it.

Super clean place in a great location in Ubud. We loved the super comfy beds, clean bathrooms, hot shower, great little pool. Staff was very welcoming and hospitable and always kept the room clean and we were even surprised to have turn down service - when we came back from dinner, beds were made for sleeping and ac turned on for our comfort. Would highly recommend this place for family stays! We stayed for over 1 week and our family had an awesome time, felt like home.

The room, comfortable bed, joyful hosts, I felt like family and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I'd stay again.

Breakfast was a little hit and miss, juice and coffee were excellent and I opted for pancakes most days as scrambled eggs were a little over cooked but that's only a minor issue.
