Wonderful breakfast selections. Delicious! Staff always friendly with smiles and always trying to be helpful all the time. Staff always going the extra plus for guests. Nice pool and well maintained. Close to everything — art market, shopping, restaurants & town. Nice firm Asian King bed with size of 2 double beds.

Some mold around bathtub area. Bugs, insects nature of rainy season in Ubud. 6 days without TV as monkeys ate thru cable wires. Fixed at end of our stay.

Loved opening my double sliding door and looking out over the pool to the forest behind. It was lovely. The pool was cool and refreshing with the spurting elephants drowning out people noises. It was very peaceful. I ordered breakfast for one of the mornings and this arrived not long after I sat down. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Was a bit strange walking from the street to the hotel, but pleasant. You be the judge of that. It’s in the heart of everything and just a short walk from the markets. Plenty of shopping around and close to monkey forest that you could see the monkeys in the trees behind. A lovely place to stay.

Had a bath with a shower over the bath, then had a separate shower. The separate shower didn’t work so had to climb into the shower.

Quiet clean comfortable central location.Polite staff, walking distance to many places. Entrance is like a temple and there is an actual tepmle within which I liked a lot. Massive wood furniture in the garden is spectacular. Fridge is good sized and working well.(way larger and better cooling than the 5 star resort I am staying at the moment in Nusa Dua) Wifi is OK. No hair dryer. Pool is OK for this level. Facility met my expectations. You can see lizards running after each other and sometimes you even can see a monkey walking on the edges of the garden.

Pool and garden does not take sunlight. The rest is about Ubud. Ubud itself is boring, everything is mechanic. For pictures and Instagram reels it is ok other than that Nothing authentic compared to many other places with the same culture/environment.Coffee here coffee there ,fried chicken and noodles and the rest is Japanese, Korean Chinese or grills which you can find anywhere with better quality. Its just cheap ... Food completely is overrated. I prefer the Singaraja region for authentic Balinese experiences. You may Like it or not but you will find the real Bali.

We booked 3 suite rooms for 3 nights. Value for money, it couldn't be beaten. I will write a lengthy review as I was left a little confused from previous conflicting reports. The hotel is well marked on the main road and you travel down a walking lane , about 40 meters, to the entrance of a typical bali home compound. At the back of the compound, about 15 meters, is the loverly 8 bedroom hotel. The rooms were very large and clean. They were very comfortable with loverly views of the forest and pool. The pool was great, very clean, with plenty of pool towels, pool chairs, and shade. It was very quiet during our stay and we had a great nights sleep, the beds were comfortable. A real plus with this accommodation is the location, right in the heart of Ubud, and easy to walk everywhere. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and most spoke good English. You just need to take some time to ensure they understand you. This is not a 5 star hotel, but i doubt you will find better value for money. I would highly recommend.

Fairly minor issues for us but just wanted to identify for perspective customers. The rooms aren't recently built, but as previously stated, they are very large, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The linen and towels were showing their age, but again clean. Breakfast was fine wirh about 8 choices, but basic. We were close to so many famtasic resteraunts we ended up eating breakfast out the last 2 mornings.

In town, on a busy road, close to everything but it feels remote and quiet. Large room with a comfortable bed and cold air conditioning. Clean room with a safe and locking cabinet. Lovely pool area perfect for cooling off during the heat of the day. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was included in the price.

The breakfast, while varied was lacking in quality and flavor. We appreciated that it was included in the price but it certainly wasn’t memorable. The bath towels should be replaced as they were stained and no longer white. We had a gigantic roach in our bathroom and were given roach spray to deal with it. (I know it’s a tropical environment but it’s not fun to worry about stepping on something that big each time you go into the bathroom) Pool towels should be in the room. We had to ask twice for them and saw another guest have to ask too.

Really lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is good and very delicious. You can choose from a big list of options, we had eggs and fruit with yoghurt. The room was spacious and well lit, we loved the view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the centre and everything to see is walking distance. There’s loads of good shops and restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere with no problems, and really appreciated this about the hotel. It is set back from the main road so has a really quiet and peaceful atmosphere, very much needed in busy Ubud! The hotel helped us to organise a driver so we could explore outside the centre, and a rafting trip, both were fantastic. The driver was excellent, and we really enjoyed his company. We highly recommend booking these through the hotel, they are fantastic trips and really good value for money. The hotel itself is also great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here, and grateful to all the staff and neighbours for being so kind.

Maybe a hand towel would be good, alongside the main towel. Also, there is no lift in the hotel and our room was on the top (third) floor. This was no problem for us at all, and the staff carried our bags and suitcases, but is maybe worth noting for others.

We used several rooms. I liked the privacy of the hotel, due to its location in the depths of the street, the noise is almost not audible. You can enjoy the silence while being in the center of Ubud.

- In the bathtub, the plug did not cover the water, so the bathroom was practically not used. And it was in one of the most expensive rooms. - In several rooms, the kettles have broken lids. - To get to the hotel is through a narrow corridor. It is difficult to disperse if a moped is coming toward you. When it rains, the corridor fills with water.

Excellent location in the heart of Ubud. Surrounded by jungle with lots of birds and some monkeys in the distance. Beautiful Balinese entranceway and nice pool area. Top suite was large and had a lovely view. Good breakfast variety to choose from, all meals were delicious and brought to our room on time every morning. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lots of stairs to top floor, no lift unfortunately but staff do assist with bags. Constant noise from surrounding construction, roosters, traffic and a club plays music all night until 1am.

This was literally a dream. The whole place is beautiful, the rooms were extremely clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We even had a big balcony. They came to clean the room everyday. You have to choose what you want to eat for breakfast the day before, we tried everything on the menu, they have many options and all are really good. They offer you a fruit juice, tea/hot chocolate/coffee, musli bowl besides the main breakfast. The pancake and the nasi goreng were the best. Staff was really kind and helpful, they helped us with everything, bringing our luggages, gave us plastic bags for our wet clothes, even a knife and plate for the fruits we bought.

One of the doors facing the balcony had a gap, where insects could have came in. We filled it with tissues, so it didn’t bother us that much.

We stayed at Amoya Inn for 3 nights. It was around 1.5 hours from the airport. Perfect central location in Ubud, multiple high rating restaurants & cafes approx 5-15min walk from Amoya. Overall, really good location and to stay in Ubud, easy to visit tourist attractions and lots to do - we even hiked up Agung and the staff from Amoya organised our transport to and from. The staff were all so friendly, and our lovely taxi driver Rahde was fantastic by using his local knowledge to take us to quieter attractions to avoid busy crowds. The room itself was spacious & lovely, minor issue on arrival when our bedding had previous markings over it and therefore had to request it to be changed. Despite this, the staff were efficient and quick to attend to any issues. The bathroom was spacious, however the water & toilet pressure was very low. The room had a large fridge which was really good when buying drinks or food from nearby shops. The resort was lovely, clean and big pool which was also very clean. Overall, our stay at Amoya was lovely, very good value for money. We loved the choice of all the nearby restaurants for all our meals. As mentioned the location was perfect & the staff were so friendly 😊
