The villa was amazing , stunning views , traditional, goo location in the middle of forest , Reni was just so lovely and so kind , her breakfast was so delicious , and she was so so helpful , even her husband made who has a car so he took us from the villa to other places. A very nice experience ♥️♥️

For people who can’t support wild life, this maybe a bit challenging as the insects were everywhere even in the bed , many frogs , also the structure is quite old , I think the villa need more maintenance, but overall it is a very unique experience.

Loved the bush setting totally immersed in rainforest. Loved the house being over the water with goldfish below. Reni was absolutely amazing and catered for our every need. She cooked for us on our last night the food was stunning and the breakfasts were divine also being gluten free she tailored it to my needs. Highly recommend.

Was a bit remote so need a driver but Renis husband Madde took us out when needed. The floorboards in the downstairs bedroom need a little attention. Also the outdoor furniture is a bit aged

The view at this villa is out of this world! Unmatched by anything we have ever stayed in before. But what makes the stay is host Reni and her husband Made They cannot do enough for you. From welcome Drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, organising takeaways, delicious breakfast, laundry and rides wherever you want to go (recommend eating at Jannata resort and jungle fish for amazing views and great food)…anything you need! The villa itself is gorgeous but the outside bathroom really is something else! Check out the tiny moat with fish around the bath in the outside bathroom!!! If you are looking for something different in an absolutely gorgeous location don’t hesitate to book this. We started with our two teenage kids but can imagine having. Really great time staying with friends as it sleeps 6.

Nothing we didn’t love about this place but if you are looking to spend a lot of time in Ubud this may be a tad far away because of the relentless traffic However if you want to visit Ubud and the monkey forest one day and chill the rest as places like jungle fish this is definitely the place for you!

The villa was out of this world- real feel of the jungle and an incredible once in a lifetime experience! Reni and Made have been absolutely amazing and we felt we were treated like family. They went over and beyond to help us. We will be back!

A bit of refurbishment and replacing the towels and linens etc with new ones would be nice.

The whole stay was incredible which was solely down to the amazing upkeep and communication from Reni. She was always on hand to help with literally anything from organising transport, cooking breakfast, ordering takout when we first arrived as our cab was delayed coming from the airport and even to organise massages on our last day. Made, Reni's husband is the king of transport. If you don't have Gojek downloaded or are short on cash, Made is able to drop and pick up and you can just pay by card at the villa. I fully believe our stay would have been around a 7/8 had Reni not been around to make the trip so delightful. She was always incredibly helpful, smiley and kind. All five of us were so impressed with the villa and how beautifully kept it was. There are cobwebs and bugs high in the ceilings but this villa is so remote and backs into a complete jungle so that's easy to overlook. Some local food recommendations would be The Shed and Jungle Fish just left of the villa. You have to walk about 20 minutes down the road but the journey isn't bad and the road is straight and smooth so pretty easy to navigate. Jungle Fish is definitely more up-scale and 'fine dining' so be prepared to pay slightly more than usual for dinner in Bali here, but the food was incredible and the view is insane. We went for dinner but you can go for a pool day as they have other accomodations. The Shed is a bit more laid back but the view into the ricefields is nice. Another good option for food is The Elephant which is about a 15 minutes drive away from the villa. Food was incredible. Completely vegetarian so if you like veggie foods you'll enjoy it there. Another place with incredible views as well and the margaritas are delicious.

One of the most unique stays with our travels. Our whole family (6 adults) stayed for 2 nights. Great memories. Mrs Reni is an incredible host. Thank you so much! We had breakfast both days, which were so lovely. The place is beautiful and we slept very well.

We enjoyed the whole experience! Ubud is such a lovely place.

- The whole setup of the property and the privacy, serenity of the surrounding was excellent - The caretaker (Reniati) was exceptionally a good host and that made a huge difference

-Not as clean -toilet & Shower needs to be updated & maintain -some of the floor boards are broken in several places - some of the stairs case’s boards are broken, which can be hazardous -doesn’t matter how much you clean, wooden dust from the ceiling… covers the floor and everything else in the property overnight!

We were met personally and settled into the Villa through Reni; she was absolutly incredible.

The villa was peaceful and a fantastic opportunity to down tools and reconnect as a family. It was better than we thought, but I have to say our Host Reni really make the trip that extra bit specail. She arranged so much on the lead up to the stay including transport, a home cooked meal (local food is incredible!) and for a group of massage therapists to come to the villa for the family; she was incredible!

Staff were great, breakfast was good. natural surrounds beautiful. villa beautiful but needs upgrade. Very peaceful but depending what you want a little far from the centre of Ubud

The property could use a bit of an upgrade. Umbrellas mouldy, loose plank upstairs which can be quite dangerous. Sun cushions and others need to be recovered/replaced- not very inviting!

A beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Our visit was made perfect by Reni, the housekeeper. She was there at 4am to greet us on arrival, made a lovely breakfast each morning and arranged taxis to get us to restaurants each evening.

Our only minor issue! The air conditioning in the annexe bedroom was noisy and leaking and there were ants.
