The property is as shown in pictures. It’s basic but has everything you need. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing!

Tons of mosquitos in the balcony due to the greenery around. No refillable water. Is in a very quiet/dead location but a 10 min walk to the main street with restaurants and other stores.

Its location was close to the supermarket, cafes and restaurants. A short ride in the taxi and you’re in Ubud Market. The bath had a powerful shower and plenty of really hot water. Good toilet with an excellent bum wash. Breakfast was delicious but after two days it became boring as the same menu every single day! The AC worked really well. A much needed Mini fridge was provided . A nice little verandah to sit outside with table and chairs provided.

The mattress was worn out, too soft in the middle after much use. The property didn’t provide water, or something where we can just top up our water bottles. There wasn’t much variety for breakfast

Everything was just perfect with our stay here! The room and bathroom were the cleanest we had on our holiday in Bali, the whole room was cleaned every single day, the breakfast was amazing and it was only a 3 minutes walk into the center of Ubud. Also, there is hot water provided every day for making tea or coffee (also provided). But the best part was the family! They really make you feel at home, are such kind and relaxed people. Plus, they do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and react to reasonable requests accodringly. After staying here a total of almost 2 weeks we felt like a part of the family already. When we had to leave they even packed us a care package with fruits and sweets, which was so kind.

Everything was perfect!

My stay at Pancer House was so comfortable that I skipped going outside and slept all day. The bedsheets are clean and comfy. Mr. Pande and another person assisted me throughout my stay. The rooms are exactly the way in the photos. They served delicious breakfast in the terrace of my room. There were air conditioning and hot water facilities. In spite of having gardens, there were no mosquitos.

Pancer and his family are really nice and welcoming. They pay attention to little details and do everything they can to make your stay special. Staying at Pancer House feels like being with family. The guest house itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a quieter part of Ubud yet still within walking distance to restaurants and the yoga barn and a 5 minutes scooter ride from the center. The room was beautifully clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Delicious breakfast served every morning in the terrace. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, tucked away in a little street. Quiet for being central. Yogabarn is close. Room spacious, comfy, clean and comes with a desk which I thought was great for working/drawing with laptop. Family so friendly & kind. Breakfast was great. Next door is a little local place that deserves more recognition. Great food and cheap prices. Laundry, Mini mart, other restaurants in walking distance. You have everything you need here!

Beautiful little apartment room, I enjoyed the kindness of the family, and all the facilities offered were top notch. The room is very clean, big bathroom, and they offered every day coffee and tea. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Also, I had a problem with the AC and they fixed it immediately. Absolutely happy about my staying, will return.

Everything was great! The room, the bathroom and the balcony are big and clean and the bed is comfy. In the morning you can hear the multiple bird songs, it's quite beautiful. There's construction going on during the day, but they don't start until after breakfast time and the noise didn't bother us. The family is very welcoming and kind. It is a perfectly calm Oasis in the middle of Ubud.

The location is great, on a quiet small street but walkable from the main attractions in the city center. The staff was very attentive and they kept our luggage for a few hours since we had a late night flight, so thank you! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great value for the money.

The shower could use a curtain or something to not make a mess in the bathroom floor, and the showerhead was to low for me, i didn't fit. But nothing that would make me not want to come back.

The Family who hosted me are super super kind and nice people .everything was perfect from check in to check out . It was one of my best places I stay in Ubud . They arrange my bed , everyday they offer fresh hot water and nice breakfast. Location is fantastic close to everything in the heart of Ubud . Service perfect .the room is so clean and big with great bathroom . Whenever I need something they provide it with great smile . Great value of money . Highly recommended. Definitely I will go back .
