Fairly central Ubud location but away from all the hustle and bustle of JL Raya Ubud. The setting is very quiet and relaxing. The property has two full sized pools, well maintained grounds and A+ staff. This was my third time staying at Tebesaya Cottage and each time, the service offered by the staff gets better and better. Would highly recommend you use this hotel.

My AC broke overnight but was quickly fixed the next day with supervision from the staff. It’s a wonderful hotel. I’ll be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tebesaya Cottages! The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Yoga Barn. While it’s on a busy street, the rooms are quiet once you’re inside. The pool area is peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a lovely place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean and charming, with a good hot shower and even a blow dryer, which was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the on-site breakfast café on our first morning. On our last day, they kindly held our bags so we could explore Ubud a bit more before heading to our next destination. Highly recommend!

It’s on a busy street, however the rooms are very quiet once you’re inside.

I had a deluxe room , which was a really spacious comfortable room, directly overlooking one of the two pools that got morning sun. The staff were lovely - kind and helpful, housekeeping attended daily and my room was cleaned beautifully. There was a new air con unit that kept things nice and cool and the whole area was landscaped with beautiful plants and fragrant frangipani. Set in a quieter area - about 5 mins walk from Yoga Barn, 15 minutes from Monkey Forest, there are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket within 5 mins walk .

Hotel was in a good location but quite axwalk to the centre of Ubud. Breakfast was of a good, although limited choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools are perfect for a cooling dip. Couple of good restaurants very close to hotel and a lot more within 5-10 mins walk. Grounds are beautiful and you feel like your secluded from the road next door.

Hotel is a bit tired looking in the rooms. Needs a bit of TLC. Towels need renewing as some were torn or stained. Shower heads were coming away from roof with poor pressure.

Staff were outstanding - very friendly, engaging and a pleasure to deal with. The hardest worker is without any doubt the gardener - he never stops and the place look just great! Room was very functional, comfortable and clean. Location is just away from main Ubud commercial area was was more quiet.

Breakfast system - understand the need to re-book breakfast the night before, but the morning event become more of a hit and miss. Portions were pitiful small, and that milk was never normally provided with tea or coffee, was quite absurd. The butter and jam allocation was also very small. Hot water issues for 3 days..... please, tell your guests there is an issue and how best it can be managed, rather than we discover at night there is no hot water to shower.

Two pools are sparkling and spotless. But really it’s the staff at Tebesaya that make me feel like a special guest. I stayed for a month and I tell all my friends what great people you have working there. Every single day my room was cleaned spotless. The manager, Angaa, greets me every day and is absolutely wonderful!!

A few cracks here and there, and maybe one or two plugs that dont work- maybe eventually they need to do a little bit of upgrading- but really it’s great value for your dollar

I was a little under the weather on one of the days I was there and the staff namely Nadya went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and taken good care off - meals and medicine. Thank you so much again Nadya and team. Beautiful Quaint property with two pools. Walking distance to Jalan Hanoman - yoga barn, monkey forest. Lovely and convenient.

I am fearful of writing a glowing review because then everyone will know how great this stay is. EVERYTHING was spotless, safe, comfy, and spectacular!!! I can't believe how beautiful my room was, and the sheets so thick and luxurious. The staff were quite kind and helpful!!! I am happy to say that they have a wonderful location- close to yoga barn if you're into that

There was a small snafu on payment, the credit card machine would not work on the day I was leaving, and it became difficult to pay the bill. They wanted me to pay cash, and I insisted on credit card. We worked it out eventually, but I suggest that you make your payment before there is a taxi waiting to take you to the airport. Again, the manager and front desk fellow were amazing, and we worked through this small issue without any problems!!

Lovely hotel in the busy centre of Ubud. It feels like an oasis. I had a great room with a comfortable bed, sofa and a balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area. Both the pool and gardens are lovely, it was nice to start and end the day with a swim. Good breakfast too, especially the home made pineapple and cinnamon jam. Very nice and attentive staff too. And, they have the tiniest koi I've ever seen!

Our room was a good size, it was clean and the staff were lovely. I loved having our own veranda and our room had everything we needed.

The breakfast was a bit ordinary. Although the kitchen staff were really lovely they could maybe do with some more training. Little things like picking up dirty dishes on the way back to the kitchen, would help.
