My stay at SenS Hotel and Spa was terrific. The location was ideal as it is located in the city center, and two of my tours actually had their pick up location in the parking area right across the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the aromatic smells throughout the hotel as it made it very therapeutic. I used the fitness area, and it was sufficient for a workout while traveling. The staff were very helpful when I asked them information about what to see, such as dance performances and must visit sights while in Ubud. I highly recommend staying here if traveling to Ubud.

The hotel was so clean and we were afraid of the insects in general in bali however the room didn’t contain any insects which makes our stay perfect We have tested the food once in the hotel and it was nice also tried the message and it was so good The location is in the center of UBUD which made our life easy

The water in the pool was cold but it seems that this is the normal in bali as we have went to cretya and omma pools and they were the same

The room was spacious and always clean, the stuff was amazing. Very cenral, pleanty of cafes, restaurants and shops around. Yoga Barn is just 10 min walk away if you do not want to take a scooter taxi. After two days I asked to change the room because of noisy neigbours and they immedietely found a solution. It can be a bit noisy at night (in the hotel, if people are moving around a lot) due to poor isolation, and the bathrooms are a bit particular for keeping your privacy. I was travelling alone so for me the batthroom was not an issue.

The hotel has excellent customer service: at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning team. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Nice spa treatments. Comfortable room! A wide bed, excellent climate control, a lot of different utensils, there are even several types of tea. Two bottles of water (as soon as you drink them, new ones are added). In the closet there is an iron and ironing board, a lot of hangers, a large umbrella, slippers. There is a safebox and refrigerator. There are many different light sources in the room. The bathroom has bathrobes, a hair dryer, a variety of personal hygiene items, including toothpaste and a brush. The room is cleaned daily.

There are few cons, they do not poison life, but against the general background of many pluses, they surprise a little. As already mentioned in the reviews here: - not very good soundproofing, a lot of sounds can be heard behind the walls - towels with a gray tint (do not bleach) - there is black mold in the corners of the shower and a slight musty smell when you turn on the shower itself. - Towels and bed linen should be replaced, because from many washes they are frayed around the edges. - there are stains on the furniture and on the ironing board cover too.

Room size was good and wonderful service. The breakfast options were plenty, including vegetarian meals. Wonderful service in the restaurant, too. Very close to the art market, ubud palace, and a very happening place. At a walking distance , we found boutiques, spa, nail salon, restaurants (Indian, Asian, Greek, etc...)

While it was not as rich in European style breakfast food as the European hotels, the breakfast was diverse enough. The staff were very kind and were always asking if we wanted them to prepare something extra for us. We were really impressed by their kindness and their desire to make us feel more than welcome. We really liked having the breakfast in their nice, small restaurant with a view to the outside pool area. The coffee prepared by the staff was excellent. They always wanted to refill our coffee cups with delicious espresso coffee or Balinese coffee. The area is very good, extremely safe, as everywhere else in Bali. Lots of local Warung around with good and cheap local food.

We did not have a balcony or at least a window that could open.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The food was fantastic, offering a delicious selection each day. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff. They were not only friendly and accommodating but genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and comfort provided. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and unforgettable stay!

Overall great! The room was good. Comfortable bed and modern look. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The pool area is quite small. There was a ceremony across the road with loud music for a few nights and one of the staff told me it was a wedding but I found out there is a crematorium across from the hotel which kind of bothered me a little.

Needed transport to most places we visited due to the terrible state of the footpaths near Sens. Breakfast and room were excellent.

Some nights (between 12 and 3.00am) there was constant talking or yelling within the Sens complex, this should have been attended to quickly by Sens staff.

Everything was perfect. The staff was nice, the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet.
