The location is very convenient just away from the hustle and bustle of ubud centre but a short walk away from shops and restaurants.

Although the host did their best to keep the property clean, alot of the bathroom finishes are very dated and appear dirty. Same applies to the bed linen, though u could tell it's washed but the off-white colour was very off-putting

This was a little oasis of Beaty and calm just off the main street in Ubud. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Very nice breakfast. Beds are huge - way bigger than a king size. Staff go in to tidy and remake beds once a day and also later on prepare the bed with mosquito net and turn down in the early evening. It's very charming and I would not hesitate to stay again.

The only thing that didn't really work for us (and I think this is just because of our own circumstances) was that the downstairs bedroom didn't feel very secure and lockable - my 16 year old daughter was in this one and I had to debate whether to padlock her in overnight as my bedroom was upstairs almost in a separate unit, even though the room was directly over hers. Again, this may not be an issue for a couple or two couples, but was a bit of an inconvenience for us. Not the fault of the property at all!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We had a late check-out, and on another day when we had to leave early for a day trip, they kindly prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual so we wouldn’t miss it. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned daily, and the team was always available to answer our questions and assist us with arrangements. Their warm hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Bed a little squeaky but I think it's more the nature of the bed.

This property was amazing and the staff even better organised an amazing birthday celebration for my friend it was so sweet. Location is everything with markets, atm and mini Mart all within walking distance. Bathroom facility were great. We stayed in pool villa 2 which came with a beautiful outside area and private pool.

The only thing would be that above pool room 2 is another room (not sure if it’s the same with room 1). If the people above are heavy footed or loud you will hear them, as we were kept up one night due to all the moving around/dropping stuff. They also have a balcony above which looks down into pool area, which kind of defeats the purpose of a private pool/tan bed, if you get what I’m saying.

Everything was fantastic. The villa was comfortable and totally wonderful. The private pool was a special joy. Ashanti Villa is in a great location to easily walk around Ubud. Many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The entire staff, but especially Okta were charming. We were able to hire Okta’s husband, Zolo for two days of private tours, as well as transport to the airport. Very personable, and with great attitude and good English, he did a superb job showing us around. Breakfast had many choices - all were great.

We had the best time at Ashanti Villa Ubud. The accommodation was very clean and well cared for. It is very close to the centre of Ubud, markets and the palace. We had Breakfast included which was brought to us each day and it was always very nice. We would recommend the pancakes! The best bit was the staff, they were so helpful, kind and accommodating to anything we needed . They can help you book activity’s, onward travel and had good advice and knowledge about the area. Thank you to Ketut and the rest of the team. 5 star experience and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing friendly staff who are very accommodating. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast with good variety that guests can change daily. Massive king beds. Very comfortable stay. Mosquito nets add to the ambiance. Big pool and balcony. A very good place to stay in Bali. I hope we can come back many times. My mum and I spent 6 nights here. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved that we could easily walk around the main area of Ubud. Great place to experience real Bali.
