Close to everywhere, relax, quiet and full of greens. The staff also prepared an early breakfast for us which was nice.

I discovered some bedbugs at my bed. We fortunately slept well but please be mindful of checking the bed before you sleep.

My option is without breakfast. The location of this place is excellent, super convenient to go around by walking. The traffic in Ubud is pretty bad hence a good location definitely helps alot. The room is spacious and super clean. They made the bed everyday and you can ask for laundry service with additional cost for IDR25,000/kg. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Super responsive if you need help.

Bit hard for the cab to stop by hence you might want to look for Hujan Locale restaurant. Cuz if they miss the turn, another turn to come back can be time consuming. My little wishlist is that they provide a room shoes or a plastic in-house shoe. The mug is a bit too small. Bigger one will be more practical. They might want to fix the shower area, the water didnt flow very well.

The room was very cozy and the location was great, few minutes walking distance to most places in Ubud center. Staff was incredibly welcoming, I had to leave early in the morning and the kitchen would open only later. They prepared a box with a breakfast to go the night before, very thoughtful.

Location, location, location! We're smacked right in the center of Ubud. Can't fault anything. The staffs were super friendly. Always greeting with a smile. My sister screwed up the safe box and we're really apologetic about it but they managed to fix it. Breakfast choices were great. Their nasi goreng is superb. We enjoyed having our daily breakfast at the terrace. We engaged them for laundry service as we were dirty from 2 days camping at Kintamani and also from ATV. Everything is perfect. Keep up the good work ❤️

Four nights surrounded by luxuriant flora, and one busy salamander that scuttled across our porch at breakfast :) Our gracious hosts, Mdm Agung and Mr Kirana, made us feel wanted and welcome completely, and by whom we are truly honoured for sharing their beautiful home. Even Chulu the resident dog bounded towards us like “welcome home!” when we crossed the threshold that first afternoon! Griya Sriwedari is an enchanting traditional Balinese home—a walled compound with pavilions, one of which, enclosed within a garden behind a quaint gated doorway, accommodated us for our sojourn in Ubud. You may encounter a motley selection of nature, though, keep in mind, here is the most comfortable stay amid a parcel of unblemished Bali where you will chance upon the confluence of the sacred and the worldly. As for our creature comforts, Ms Agung and her colleagues, full of smiles, made certain of every day, and also ensured we started each morning with hearty, tasty breakfast. Ubud came to be a wonder-filled destination for us, beginning with this most delightful home away from home.

Clean & cosy room; generous and very delicious breakfast with fresh juices of choice; very central in Ubud yet calm environment; very gentle, kind, attentive & responsive owners; laundry service is fast and good quality and the rates are the cheapest I encountered in Ubud; free 5-gallon container of water available for each room; comfortable bed with fresh-smelling sheets; rooms are cleaned and made-up everyday (unless asked otherwise); the welfare of the guests is their priority!!!

Lovely garden setting, very friendly service, nice to have breakfast on the room veranda, great room, bed and bathroom. Loved the walk in shower.

While breakfast was good, we found the choices not quite right for us.

We stayed in a family suite which was very spacious. It even has a separate bath tub and shower. The backyard with beautifully decorated gardens made it a perfect place to have your breakfast. The room is clean and serviced daily which was great. Situated in a quiet alleyway so quite peaceful at night. Owners and staffs are helpful and very kind. They even kept our luggage when we went for 2 nights retreat. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!

Aging property so needs maintenance. Limited local breakfast choices (can become repetitive if you stay for more than 4 days). It's about 250m alley-walk from the road to the entrance, so it can be tricky if you're carrying heavy luggage or for elderly. Heavy sliding doors but not a big issue. Drainage isn't good and would pool up when taking a shower

If you arrive at night it maybe difficult to find it as you need to take the right narrow alleyway. Breakfast is from 8.00. If you take tours then you leave earlier and cannot get breakfast.

The location is great right in the center of Ubud, you can easily walk the city center area. There are many good places to eat in the Jl. Raya Ubud - Jl. Hanoman - Jl. Monkeyforrest zone. Just around the corner you enjoy Hujan Locale (high end) and Fair Warung Bale (budget but still good). Breakfast service is good and ordering via WA is easy. Unfortunaley it rained a lot during our stay so we could not always use the balcony. Would really recommend this place for it's excellent price quality ratio!

Only disadvantage is that cars cannot enter the little alley (gang) you have to drag your luggage from the main street into the accommodation.
